Definitely appreciate the service I receive every visit. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. I would like to see more staff in the evenings. The Italian ice flavors are great. The atmosphere is lively and colorful. Glad we have a good option in Douglasville now.

I love Jeremiah’s. Me, my kids, and grand babies go here after dinner, often. I usually get a small but once I got a medium and was able to put what I didn’t eat in my freezer. It was just as good the next day. I’m simple so I LOVE strawberry frozen ice with vanilla ice cream. But there’s many delicious combinations to try.

My little girl was so excited and had been asking me all day to try this place, but when we got there we weren’t greeted by anyone. The lady who served us barely said 2 words to us. I guess we were being ignored. Even when I thanked her for my order, she said nothing. We felt really weird when we left. Probably won’t be returning. The Italian ice was good though.

Found this place earlier today when I picked up pizza next door, I returned later with mom and got three different treats for my parents and I to taste! I’ve never had Italian ice before today and now I’m a fan. Prompt polite service and a clean establishment makes me look forward to coming home more often. There is a franchise in north Asheville I’m going to have to try.

Absolutely loving this new location in Douglasville! My husband and I visit frequently and the store is always so clean. The staff is always so friendly and welcoming. Tyler is the absolute sweetest employee. He gives amazing recommendations, is very kind and patient. I even noticed him helping out other staff members out and always in a great mood. He makes this location even more stellar!

I had the strawberry lemonade Italian ice, and it was very refreshing. The day I visited the owners were there. They were kind, friendly, and polite. They expressed their interest in giving free treat passes to the local schools which is really sweet. Check them out! I love shopping at places that give back to the community!

The Italian ice creations are bomb and taste good. However the Wait time is horrible!! Today my wife and I went in at 8:50pm and was not served until 9:19pm CRAZY!!! And the insane part was there were 2 other people working but only 1 taking orders and making the orders (Shoutout to Crystal). The young boy with the wild hair literally wiped down the same machine 6 times (yes I counted) while we waited in line. Like dude there is only so much wiping that needs to be done on one machine. The manager on duty (I assume) locks the door early yet people were still coming in because the sign says they don’t close until 10. Finally around 9:25pm when a slew of people came in the other 2 workers decide to stop wiping stuff down and pitch in to help Crystal! Shout out to Crystal for having a positive attitude and serving her customers with a smile! If the owner is reading this hopefully you reward her because she deserves it! (She gets a 5 star rating). The place is good but pack your patience. And to the owner, be sure to talk to your employees about the importance of all hands on deck when the store has a line.
