I went with 7 other family members for my mother’s birthday. We had never been there before but I am glad we chose to go! I have nothing but great things to say about this fine restaurant. Everyone was courteous, professional and inviting. The food was top notch. You can tell it was made fresh. My 11 year old daughter is on the Spectrum and I loved the way she smiled and interacted with the staff. She even drew a little picture for them to say thank you!!! I will definitely be back. The restaurant was clean, beautifully decorated and I felt right at home from the moment we walked in. I highly recommend checking this place out. You will not be disappointed!

Jeremiah Cafe is an amazing little secret in Johnson City! I l’m visiting my lil Sis here & she loves this café and I now know why! The food is home-cooked and amazing, good sized portions, & extremely reasonably priced! The atmosphere is very relaxing, serene, & nicely decorated. They employ people on the Autism spectrum to provde opportunity for job training and it is such an amazing concept that I support wholeheartedly! When you arrive through the front doors, you order at the counter and they serve breakfast & lunch and offer custom ordered cakes & baked goods & offer the Cafe as a Venue with on-site catering! A favorite of all the restaurants we’ve visited in Johnson City, TN! (Wheelchair accessible!)

Superb lunch of beef & vegetable soup, 3 cheese grilled cheese sandwich, and peaches & cream ice cream. The sandwich was made with house made bread, so good! The soup was so delicious, I bought a pint to go and ate it the same evening. Perfectly seasoned and not too salty. Highly recommend!

Ate here today with my family of four, and we all really loved our food. The grilled cheese & tomato soup really hit the spot on this chilly day. We could tell the produce was super fresh for the veggie wraps and salads, and everything was seasoned well. The interior is lovely with brick flooring and modern decor. Fresh baked treats every day. More than anything the mission of this cafe and the staff make it amazing. So welcoming and so friendly. Highly recommend this for casual meals, as well as an event space.

My favorite place to eat in Johnson City! Service is consistently friendly and helpful, and I always feel genuinely welcome here. Breakfasts and lunches have healthy, fresh options, and new dishes appear regularly – all of them delicious and filling. Desserts are generous and delectable! I keep my eye on the scones selection for new flavors like cinnamon chip with coffee glaze, or lemon blueberry. Yum! Best of all is the art on the wall, shared by nerodivergent students: the mission behind the cafe is beautiful.

I had an amazing breakfast and loved that I was able to support a fantastic vision for the future.
The food is cooked from scratch by a chef and was hot and delicious. I ordered the bacon, onion, and spinach quiche with a small cup of oatmeal. The quiche crust was beautifully flakey and the quiche itself was smooth and light. The oatmeal was sweet and cooked well, not soupy or dry. I waited on the hash brown casserole (because I came early) and it was definitely worth the wait.
The servers were extremely attentive and very kind and helpful. As soon as I finished a plate the dish was whisked away and my cup was never empty.
Come have breakfast here and support this local business that supports local members of our community with special needs.
