Good quality fresh food. Spring rolls were very light, and the sauce that came with them was wonderful. We also enjoyed pork Udon noodles, and pineapple tofu fried rice – see pictures. Tofu was nicely fried with lightly crispy sides.

I was staying the night in Tok and found this great option for dinner! I ordered the Pad Thai and was able to customize it easily with help of the friendly staff. Prices are reasonable but only cash is accepted for payment.

These 5 stars are relative – it is Tok, Alaska after all. Thai food served from a roadside trailer, Jen’s is the only real alternative to Fast Eddy’s, and a refreshing one at that. The noodles and fried rice can sometimes be mushy, but the curry and tom kha are delicious. The spring rolls and pad rahm are also good. Perfect place to change things up after several days traveling the Alcan.
