Jendys use to be good but as of 2026 the General Manager is terrible at her job. I understand businesses get busy. However; ordering food and having it delivered to be told it would arrive and after it being over an hour late, speaking to the general manager and being told the food was forgotten and at aside but could be picked up.
I said I didn’t want food that had sat for over an hour and would like either new food or a refund at this point. The general manager was rude, said she had other customers and mistakes happened and she had a schedule to write. She told me how hard her job was and said she would not give a refund and would not provide me new food.
I had spent nearly $100 dollars and it sat for over an hour. I asked for information for her owner and she told me he lived in Florida and she doesn’t care if I ate or not and she would not give me his email to complain on her.
I had to contact my bank to file a charge for the $100 this woman refused to refund. I attempted to be pleasant and asked for the pizza to be remade and I’d pick it up. She said they were busy and I could order again.
At the end, she said she wouldn’t be dealing with my problems as she had her own running a business and hung up on me.
The pizza is good. The breadsticks are good. The general manager is the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered and with an owner in Florida – don’t expect any accountability above her.
Edit : I appreciate the response. If you need to be provided with anything I recorded the conversation and have sense been attacked by the general manager for making a complaint via Facebook. If you’d like to make contact with me, I can provide you the rude comments she’s personally sent me. I do not wish to share her information on here but the initials are E.R. It needs to be addressed, it’s making your business look bad. I’m not from the area, I live 4 hours away and it’s unfortunate to be passing through and receive such hostility from someone in management. But as I’ve said, I have our conversation taped and Facebook screenshots from your employee, claiming a ton of false information and threats. Thank you.

Excellent deep dish pizza! Staff are always welcoming and friendly. No long waits for service or food. The supreme pizza is so LOADED and heavy definitely getting the most for your money here. Not to mention the ever so delicious breadsticks

Stopped in for dinner and they only had one server and she had about 8 tables and was completely in the weeds, we sat there for almost 15 minutes and never received a menu or asked what we wanted to drink. She was bringing the wrong food to the wrong tables and they were putting food on the buffet table and no one from the back was helping her, absolutely no team work and the people in the back were just playing on their phones. May go back at lunch and try the buffet but doubt if ever try dinner again, don’t know what they would do if they were crowded.

This was a great experience after almost a decade not being here. The only negative is that it was counter service only. That didn’t affect the taste of the food.
Staff was friendly and did come to check on us even though it was counter service only.
Would recommend coming here if your in the area.

Tough day on the job site and I needed to get the crew some lunch. Jendy’s was close and easy. Turned out to be fast as well. Im a bit of a foodie in from out of town, not setting my expectations too high. Turns out I was very surprised to find this small town gem. From appearance to flavor and texture, this was one of the hands down best pizzas I have ever had. Cooked to perfection, beautiful appropriately crunchy crust, cheese melted to absolute perfection as it hugged the toppings throughout. The crew all felt the same and the delicious meal boosted morale to power through the day. Excited to go back at least one more time before I travel home. Thank you for the incredible meal.

I grew up on Chicago Pizza, I was in town for business. This restaurant was recommended by a customer and I finally had the chance to go there. I decided to try there deep dish Chicago Style pizza, which almost always I have been disappointed at other places. I give them 5 stars as I have not had a better pizza except in Chicagoland. As a business owner myself I try to patronize establishments like this everywhere I go. Its always a Joyful experience when you find a gem somewhere you dont expect. Great Pizza Keep up the good work Jendy’s. Ill be back next time I am in your area, and I will send all my friends.
