After taking my dog next door for a pet wash, I decided to give this place a try. Honestly, I wasn’t going in with big expectations, but wow, I’m so glad I did! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with such friendly and amazing service. The gentleman at the counter asked if it was my first time, and when I said yes, he took the time to walk me through the menu and explain how they make their bagels fresh.
I got a bagel and an iced pumpkin spice coffee — both were a solid 10/10! The bagel was so fresh and tasty (wish I remembered which flavor I got because I finished it way too fast).
Even though I don’t live close by, I’ll definitely make it a point to stop here anytime I’m in the area. This place made my morning! Great way to start my day!!

Jeff’s Bagel Run offers a bread(th) of options when it comes to authentic NY style bagels. The shop is small, but cozy, and the friendliness of the staff can’t help but draw you in. I tried the Asiago bagel with jalapeño cream cheese and the Everything bagel with onion and chive cream cheese. I’m not surprised that the Asiago bagel is their recommended menu item…it’s fantastic! The everything bagel was great too. In terms of cream cheese, I felt that the jalapeño flavor was a bit lacking, although the onion and chive definitely made up for it.
Side note: their coffee is great too!

We have been looking for a bagel place for years traveling from Pearland to Sugarland, Miss City, Galveston, etc. We finally got to Jeff’s and the first thing I thought when I walked in was how clean it was while looking like your typically NYC bagel shop. These bagels are phenomenal. And I travel the world for bagels! They are boiled, heavily seasoned, and cooked to perfection which everyone knows is a little crunch on the outside and fluff on the inside. Tried the rosemary salt (in my top 3 of all time), Asiago, funnel cake, cacio e Pepe. All were absolutely delicious, although I’m not typically a sweet bagel person. We tried the original, veggie and cannoli shmear. The vegetable cream cheese stuck out because it had full pieces of veggie in it so it really takes on the great flavors. Cannoli was obviously delicious and has mini chocolate chips in it. I could honestly just eat it with a spoon. Coffees both hot and iced were top notch. Usually bagel places don’t specialize in drinks as well but Jeff’s really does it all! Also, I read the reviews of the 1 stars and I had to laugh because even New Yorkers are putting their spreads in sides now instead of on the bagel. That would maybe dock a star off for a true fan but dropping to 1 star immediately is why people can’t take those reviews seriously. 1 star is designated for health issues that occur, dangerous location, horrible customer service, etc.

Jeff’s Bagel Run is hands-down my favorite bagel spot! The bagels are always fresh, perfectly chewy, and generously seasoned (the everything bagel is elite). You can tell they’re made with care…soft on the inside, great crust on the outside, and never dry. Simple, consistent, and absolutely worth the stop every time. If you love a real bagel, this place does not miss.

Finally, fresh and artisanal bagels at a super affordable price in Houston! Bagels are perfectly chewy with high quality ingredients and the spread is abundant and flavorful. There’s no toaster, but you can ask for a fresh-out of the oven bagel.
Today was the first day of soft opening, and the employees were so friendly and kind. Gives off the vibes of a long time established neighborhood bagel shop. Hope they stick around for a long time!

10/10 experience every single time I go. This is my newly fav spot. I never thought I would enjoy bagels the way that I do now. The bagels are fresh and soft. The spreads are so good. You can’t go wrong here. S/O to the staff as well. They are all nice and friendly. Thanks to Lucas for the recommendation of the bagel of the day on Sunday.

Awesome bagels! I’ve had these in Orlando and the quality is the same in Houston. I bought a dozen for my co-workers and they loved the bagels and the different cream cheese flavors. I got the lox for my friend and he absolutely loved it. The staff were very polite and friendly!

Updating my review: initially I didn’t give a very good review because I had just started going here and recently had a bad experience since the bagels were stale. The customer service team reached out promptly to make it right though! I think that really shows their commitment to high-quality and I’m hoping that was just a one time thing since I have been there multiple times and have had excellent experience otherwise! The service has always been excellent and every time I’ve gone, the people working behind the register have always made it very personable, and I love the fun flavors so I’m looking forward to going back.

These bagels were delicious! You can tell they’re made differently than your average bagel. I got the asiago, blueberry, cacio E Pepe, cinnamon (without the rasins), garlic, plain, and rosemary salt. As for spreads, I got a small strawberry and small plain. They have coffee, tea, and hot chocolate for a reasonable price. They had samples of their cookies, and they were good. I’ll have to get them next time I go. Customer service was friendly. They answered my many questions with kindness. I was very excited to try the bagels. When I got home and ate them, they were amazing! They were soft and fluffy. Their strawberry spread was tasty and creamy. It had real bits of strawberry and tasted fresh. The bagels were great without the spread, but it definitely enhanced the flavor. Definitely have to try this place if bagels are your thing, or even if they’re not, they’re that good and reasonably priced

The bagels and coffee are great. But the system makes no sense. I’ve been twice now and waited over 10 minutes for them to simply slice a bagel and put it in the bag. Ordering online for pickup just put me at the end of the line, with people who walked in getting their orders before me. The coffees were ready before the bagels, somehow. The staff were nice and apologetic, but there’s a flaw somewhere in their line. They’re not making sandwiches or cooking like other bagel shops. I want to like them, but it shouldn’t take that long!
