And sometimes… you walk into a place and get a moment you’ll carry with you.
Jeff’s Bagel Run gave me the latter.
Before we even stepped inside, Kay — the manager — came out to our car with a huge bag of fresh bagels simply to bless us. No agenda. No expectation. Just kindness. I was so touched that I had to go in and support the business.
Inside, the atmosphere was warm, spotless, and inviting, filled with the incredible smell of fresh bagels made daily. Kay welcomed me with the most genuine smile, and as we talked, I watched her give every single customer the same care, joy, and attention — never missing a beat.
She walked me through her spreads (both savory and sweet), and let me tell you… I went all in.
Cake Batter (because yes, I’m a Big Back ), Cookies & Cream for my granddaughter, Mila, Vegan Chive & Onion for my daughter, Krystle, plus an Iced Peach Tea, Strawberry Lemonade, and an Iced Banana Bread Latte. Every single thing was outstanding. Fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with love. The teas are brewed daily, and you can taste the difference.
But what truly sets this place apart is Kay herself — her bright spirit, her generosity, her welcoming heart. She’s not just running a restaurant; she’s creating an experience rooted in kindness and community.
It was an absolute pleasure meeting her, and I’m grateful for the warmth she shared so freely. If you’re looking for incredible bagels and a reminder of how beautiful people can be, this is the place.

Heard a lot about the vegan options here and they did not disappoint. Friendly service is always appreciated, thank you! Ended up getting 6 bagels, they were all delicious. Once you try a boiled bagel you just get it. They also have their own app.

Jeff’s Bagel Run in Apopka is the BEST! The staff is always so pleasant and friendly, and the bagels and spreads are absolutely delicious. They truly make every visit such a great experience.

Wow! We went in on a Saturday morning, ordered an Asiago Cheese bagel and mocha coffee drink, and it was excellent. The Bagel are made from scratch, warm and fresh, the cream cheeses were delicious and the coffees were on point. The recommendations from staff were spot on. We will be coming here from now on for our bagels and coffee!

Extraordinary customer service! Kay walked me through getting the app so that I would get free items and helped me choose a great schmear run. The bagels are the *perfect* texture, fresh, and the people are friendly. Dani thoughtfully asked if I had a preference for much ice I wanted while making my delish peach tea. Huge variety of shmears and bagels, can’t wait to try them all! Will be coming back here all the time!

This was our first time in today and we loved the whole experience. We had a large order and the cashier was helpful and didn’t get confused when we ordered weird. The staff in the back were also amazing and personable! We ate in house and they checked on us and made sure we were enjoying our food and drinks- which were delicious, reminded me of the bagels I get at my favorite places in NYC. Overall it was a fantastic experience and we will be back often!
