Delicious bagel spot in Charlotte. Found it online and decided to give it a try and was not disappointed.
Came on a Saturday morning and there was a small line, only a couple people ahead so I didn’t have to wait long. The cashier was so friendly and sweet, so the ordering interaction was enjoyable. I got a half dozen bagels and a flight of 3 different cream cheese spreads, as well as their seasonal berry lavender tea.
The order took about 5-10 minutes to prepare, with the bagels coming out before the drink.
All the Items ordered were delicious. My personal favorite combos were the onion/chive cream cheese with the cacio Pepe bagel. As well as the brown sugar bagel with birthday cake cream cheese.
Would love to come back and try even more varieties another time 🙂

These bagels are elite — soft on the inside and crunchy on the outside. Super fresh! The variety of flavors for the bagels are great and the variety and quality of the cream cheese is unmatched! I like that you get the cream cheese on the side to smear on yourself because I’m a huge cream cheese person and like to be generous with my application.

The cream cheese spreads!!! The banana pudding & strawberry cream cheese spreads are my go to! Something about the plain bagel is magical. Soft, warm, perfectly chewy. You HAVE TO try it! Only reason I’m giving 4⭐️ instead of 5 is bc the coffee isn’t that great.

a small cozy store with limited seating but the bagel was fresh & warm. Wish they served bagels with cream cheese on them. 10/10 service

I’ve worked at a great bagel shop, I’ve eaten some of the best in NYC, and I’ve had fresh bagels straight from the oven at St-viateur Montreal. This is such an average basic bagel.
I thought the concept would offer almost straight from the oven freshness but no. My bagel was only chewy with no snap, no soft pillowy interior, and not great fresh dough flavor.
The packaged lox and cream cheese doesn’t taste great and the cheese is too dense.
They offer no take out utensils so best of luck if you’re on the go.
Finally it’s a business model made to be streamlined for efficiency. Minimize space and supplies and maximize customer spend by packaging things only for takeout quantities that don’t make sense for an individual. This can work if you have an exceptional product, which this is not.

If you’re in the mood for an unbeatable experience, look no further than Jeff’s Bagel Run! From the moment you walk in, the aroma of freshly baked bagels fills the air, and the friendly staff makes you feel like part of the family. The bagels themselves are incredible—perfectly chewy, with just the right amount of crispness on the outside. They offer a wide variety of flavors and toppings, so there’s something for everyone, whether you prefer classic and cream cheese or a unique, creative combo. I had the bagel of the day which was cheddar cheese and onion.
The service is fast and efficient, and despite the busy rushes, they never skimp on quality or care. Prices are reasonable for the high quality of food you get, and the portions are generous. It’s clear that Jeff and his team are passionate about what they do.
If you’re craving an authentic, delicious bagel in a welcoming atmosphere, Jeff’s Bagel Run is an absolute must-visit! Highly recommend!

Jeff’s bagel is amazing! I’ve only ordered online so far to be door dashed, but every time the bagels are so fresh and the homemade cream cheese, some of the best I’ve ever had. They were even sweet enough to give me little sample cream cheeses with one of my orders which was such a nice surprise. It let me taste their other many flavored cream cheeses and spreads that did not disappoint. I will definitely be a returning customer!

Tried their bagels for the first time today and I was very impressed! I love that they have so many different options and flavors, including vegan choices. I got an everything bagel with vegan chive and onion and I think it was the best vegan cream cheese I’ve ever tried, and the bagel was fresh and delicious too. I loved it so much I went back the next day and got the salted rosemary bagel which was also great. I also got the pumpkin cold brew which was pretty good. I would definitely go back!

I want to give 5 stars just because their hot and fresh bagels are to die for. Their coffee, specifically their banana bread latte, was the best coffee I’ve had in years. My biggest complaint is they don’t have a toaster to toast the bagels! Warm bagels make all the difference so we buy whatever is hot out of the oven. There’s also very few options for toppings other than cream cheese. You can buy a side of turkey for $3 or a turkey box for $6 but…meh. Anyway, the ambiance could be improved as there’s really no where to hang out or chill. Also the service was not great. Not very friendly at the checkout counter and when we left, we said thank you and made eye contact with 3 girls at the front and were ignored.
Recommend:
Fresh and hot everything bagel or jalapeño and cheddar bagel
Herb cream cheese
Banana bread latte
Don’t recommend:
Sweet bagels are just okay
Cannoli cream cheese is just chocolate chips added to regular cream cheese. Nothing special.

These are the best bagels so far outside of NYC. I love the unique flavors like the Asiago Everything Bagel and the Rosemary Salt bagel. My only problem is that they don’t make sandwiches or anything like that. It is just bagels, butter and cream cheese which is a small variety. They sell lox on the side but you have to make it yourself into a sandwich. But the bagels are definitely good quality.
