My husband and I stopped here on a whim last night for dinner with our two young boys. We ordered their filet mignon which was exceptionally tender and cooked perfectly. I also tried their holiday peppermint espresso martini and it was delicious. The owner was there and kindly stopped by our table to say hello which was a thoughtful touch. The service was great and everyone we encountered was warm and welcoming. We look forward to returning in the future ❤️

Went on New Years Eve for a family dinner. Service and food was very good. It was a first time for me and my boyfriend, we just recently moved to NC. Definitely on our list for another visit.

For Mooresville, NC, the food and entire dining experience was excellent. I had the scallops (which were real scallops for a change) and ordered them without all the sauces and browned. They came out just as I ordered them and tasted very good, I’ve had better but not locally. Baked potato, excellent, coconut cake good, not great, but I did eat all of it. The ambience was excellent, our server also was excellent. My friend had the seared tuna and loved it. French fries were ordered with it and were regular fries, not steak fries, but again, they were good. Definitely would go again.

Jeffrey’s in Mooresville has a great location and a beautiful atmosphere, especially during the holidays. The Christmas decorations were stunning and made for a festive evening. I brought my staff of 10 for a team dinner, and the service throughout the night was friendly and attentive.
We were seated upstairs, which appears to operate separately and may have a different kitchen. The appetizers were the highlight of the meal—we enjoyed the pimento cheese (my favorite), bang bang shrimp, burrata, and calamari.
Unfortunately, the entrées didn’t quite meet expectations for the price point. The presentation felt very plain and lacked garnish. I ordered the steak with chimichurri butter and poblano creamed corn, but the entire dish was surprisingly spicy, including the chimichurri, and the steak was cooked more than the medium-rare I ordered. I also tried the sweet potato casserole, which was quite dry.
Overall, the atmosphere and service were great, but the food—particularly the entrées—was inconsistent. I hope this was an off night, but based on this experience, I’m unsure I would return.

We went at night in a normal day of the week (so it wasn’t busy). I asked for a sirloin steak and fries. The fries tasted divine and the meat was also great. I expected just a little more for the steak sauce but the overall tasted great (above average). It wasn’t the fanciest place I’ve been to, but it had some great atmosphere with dim lights and mostly booths. The lady that attended to our table was very nice and attentive, she even shown the deserts in a “demo plate”. Great place, overall I would eat a second time.

This was our first time trying Jeffrey’s and we will def be back! I had the ahi tuna noodle salad and it was amazing! My husband had the steak which he enjoyed and we brought home three desserts . Great service and the atmospher is nice. They have a fire on the patio you can sit by and have a cocktail !

My husband and I went 1-2-26 and made a reservation but went earlier and got seated right away! The experience and ambience were superb. Our server was delightful. But the food was incredible, his steak could have been cut with a butter knife and my Tuscan chicken was seasoned to perfection. We won’t forget this restaurant anytime soon and can not wait to go back.

Jeffrey’s is one of our favorite restaurants for special occasions. We went last night for my birthday & had reservations. This was the worst meal we have ever had there. The shrimp for the cocktail appetizer appeared watery & strange texture. My husband ordered a NY strip cooked medium but had to ask for it to be cooked more as it was medium rare. The steak was cooked correctly when returned but the french fries were cold & not replaced. He didn’t eat much of the steak because it had no flavor. It was removed from our bill. I ordered the scallop entree. The scallops were undercooked sitting on top of risotto with diced tomatoes covering the entire dish. Not sure if they have a new chef or it was just a bad night for us.
On the positive side, we ordered 4 of the 5 Christmas cocktails & they were all delicious! Carrot cake dessert was yummy. Wedge salad was good. Atmosphere was great with Christmas decorations throughout. Our waitress, Tammy, is our favorite. She is an asset to the restaurant. Great personality & very attentive.
