Non-descript on the outside, cozy on the inside, this place draws locals and tourists for their humongous breakfast. We had the pancakes which filled the plate and Brussel sprouts hash. Both were tasty. Pro tip: go hungry and either early or late morning to avoid the crowds

By far the best breakfast in town, the servers are of the highest quality & have all been there for quite awhile. The staff makes you feel like you are home from the second you walk in until you leave. Everything on the menu is fantastic and well worth the wait on a Sunday morning.

Cute little cafe just a short walk from our hotel The Flamingo. The lattes were big and delicious. I hade the French toast with an egg and sausage and it was really good but a lot of food. My husband enjoyed his eggs and hash browns as well. The service was friendly and fast and we got in before any rush so no wait.

We were visiting Santa Rosa and were looking for a special breakfast experience. Jeffrey’s Hillside Cafe was highly rated and the founder has an interesting background. This was enough for us to give it a try. We visited on a Saturday morning at about 9:30. There was a short wait for a table. We were seated right away at the counter. The restaurant was busy. Still, our order was taken pretty quickly. The choices on the menu were fantastic. Despite being busy, our orders were served very fast. Very excited to try. Our selections were good. We had hoped for great. The duck hash wasn’t special. The biscuits for the biscuits and gravy lacked flavor. The gravy was short on sausage and was too sweet. The biscuits and gravy missed the mark. Service was OK. The atmosphere was loud and the room crowded. When breakfast is $25+ per person, expectations are high. Our visit was OK. We left disappointed and wished for more

Great little cafe that lived up to its reviews.

The food was very fun and tasty. This little diner has giant latte’s. Wasn’t expecting it to be the size of a plate.

The hash was very fun and had wonderful flavors. Not normally a blue cheese guy but it was perfect in this dish. Don’t think twice, get this dish.

The wait staff was fun and helped a ton with the menu. We’ll be back now.

About as good as it gets weather you’re into traditional breakfast or specialties like the Hashes, they have it all. Add the great friendly service, good coffee ☕️ and this place is pretty tough to beat.
It gets crowded on the weekends so you may have to wait for a seat or table. They do have a small counter by the kitchen. Great place, I highly recommend it!

We went here for breakfast this morning and it was great! Friendly and efficient service, good food, and a cozy diner ambiance. I had cheese blintzes (daily special) and they were divine. A lot of other items were very large, but the blintzes were the perfect amount of food. The mocha was also delicious! We live in Eureka, but we’d definitely be regulars if we lived in town!

Absolutely loved the food here! Fantastic breakfast spot. The bacon and brussel sprouts hash was really good and my husband said the country fried steak was the best he’s had. Very friendly service and a dog friendly small patio area. Definitely a must try if you’re in Santa Rosa.
