Hands down our best fine dining experience ever. The server learned our names and addressed us as Mr. and Mrs. The attention he was beyond expectation and our drinks were always filled. They really timed the meal so well, bringing the next course in a perfect rhythm. We tried a variety of appetizers including the wagyu and the octopus, and we enjoyed the filet minion for the main course. For dessert the bread pudding and creme brulee. We actually spent 2 hours here just enjoying the meal and conversation. It flew by! You must give it a try for a special occasion if you are in the area. Be warned, reservations fill up quickly!

The steaks were outstanding. You literally could eat it with a spoon. All the food was wonderful. Service was great. If you are celebrating a birthday or anniversary, they go above and beyond to make the evening special.

I rarely leave poor reviews, but my experience at The Jefferson Tap Room last night was truly disappointing. Easily top 5 one of the worst customer service experiences directly from the waitress, Alicia. I’ve dined previously at the Jefferson Restaurant and had a great experience, so I expected something in the same realm of quality. To start, it took over 45 minutes just to receive any food. When it finally arrived, my companion’s salmon burger was cold, and my burger was cold and missing several ingredients that were supposed to be included.
We tried to resolve the issue, but our waitress, Alicia, never returned to check on us. I attempted multiple times to get her attention, and when I finally did, her response to a simple request to correct my burger made me feel like I was inconveniencing her. Later, when she came back to take the check, my friend mentioned her cold burger—again, her response was dismissive, almost as if she didn’t care.
As someone with experience in customer service, this was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had, especially at an Omni resort where I would expect a much higher standard. Honestly, I could have spent the same amount at Shake Shack and had a better experience. We should have known it was going to be a poor experience from the start when we watched her dump drinks all over this poor gentleman dining in front of us within the 45 minute wait. Accidents happen and I can forgive an off night for anyone, but In my opinion, her terrible attitude and lack of awareness, and careless disregard for others overall is the reason she shouldn’t be in the customer service industry in any capacity.
I will not be returning, and I hope management takes a serious look at how their staff handles guest service.

This dinner was the best I’ve ever had. Service was great and very family friendly. The restaurant is a bit dim but the tables had their own rechargeable lamps, so that came in handy.
Our server was very attentive. We ordered the French onion soup, it was so cheesy with the right amount of breading inside. The filet mignon was so juicy, the flavors really popped, I didn’t even need the sauce that came with it. The salmon was perfect, I was so stuffed but couldn’t stop eating it. The onion rings were superb, with cheese and sauce. We finished off with the lava cake, it had a vanilla sauce, great combination.

I’m dining here for the second time. My friend and I loved the ambiance, food, and service on our first visit, so I returned with my husband. Although I had to cancel our reservation due to time conflicts, we were still able to dine as walk-ins in the trap room. After enjoying the warm spring bath, our dinner date was lovely. This place is worth driving to for relaxation and a food adventure.

To start, Chip was an amazing waiter. He was attentive and great at explaining the foods we thought about ordering. The food itself was amazing! To start, we ordered the French onion soup which was fantastic to the last drop! For my entrée I got a filet mignon and it was the best steak I have ever had, well worth the price. We also got onion rings for the side which were equally amazing. For dessert we settled on the 2 single lava cakes that were the perfect end to a top notch meal! Will definitely be returning whenever I stay at the Omni!

Amazing soups and salad! Same good quality for tap room and fine dining area.
Wild game burger was spicy but savory!
Kids steak plate was large enough and delicious. The orange cocoa rolls was so good. Tried all the soups including cold soup. Highly recommended.
Seared duck and lobster Mac and cheese is amazing! Mousse cakes are delicious too.

I have only been to the Jefferson’s Restaurant & Taproom twice, but each time the ambiance is relaxing, the overall setting is gorgeous, and the food that I’ve had has been fantastic. I am addicted to their Cobb Salad, it tastes amazing and is quite the standalone meal (see pic). Next time I’m there, it will be hard not to get the Cobb again but I am keen to try other options.
