Came in and sat for 15 min before we were told by another waitress that ours was coming now then waited about another 5 min for Daeje ( name on receipt) finally she came, we ordered and got the food, was never checked on again after. No refills were ever offered. My son had to flag her down to get the ticket to check out. I normally would leave a good 20 to 30% tip but in this case I only left $5 and to be honest I really didn’t want to leave that. The place was not crowded at this time neither. The food was OK. I will not be back to this location.

Laid back atmosphere with drinks and comfort food like wings and burgers. Appetizers are definitely a must have while enjoying conversations with friends and cocktails. I was able to enjoy an early evening meet up with an old friend who I have not seen in a while. We were able to catch up with laughter and tears as we talked about the years past and what we were doing now in our lives. Both of us enjoyed our time together and we had several appetizers and drinks which were great. I had chips and cheese dip and she got fried mushrooms which we shared. Our bill was VERY reasonable and we stayed for several hours catching up. Wait staff was very accommodating and didn’t mind that we were taking up the table for a couple of hours! Nice place for a laid back reconnection with an old friend!

We went there last night for a friend group dinner. Lo! and behold, it was Dinner With The Grinch night. My son got a cookie and talked to the Grinch.
The servers are always so sweet and quick. The food is scrumptious. My only issue is the kitchen doesn’t always listen to what the servers say. I’ll repeatedly ask for no tomatoes and the server tells the kitchen twice. Boom! My wrap comes back with tomatoes. It’s hopefully a quick fix. I enjoyed my leftovers today throwing chicken tenders and fries into the airfryer.
None of the draft beer was working last night either. They have a decent selection. I love the painkiller cocktail followed by a beer usually.

Don’t sleep on this place! It was delicious. We went on Sunday evening, later than normal, about 820pm, they close at 9pm. The place was nearly empty only 2 other parties there, but that did not stop our waitress from being awesome and attentive, our food was very fresh, hot and delicious. We will totally be back! My 13 year old son told me to make sure I wrote a great review for this place because he loved it as well. We got the brunch burger, traditional wings in honey Sriracha and parmesan garlic, fried jalapeños and the loaded fries with the chicken. The waitress highly recommended the fries as we explained we were torn between the Philly loaded fries and the ones we actually got, she said the chicken ones are her personal favorite. It was the loaded fries for the win! Wings were delicious and crispy, I like the flats and there was plenty of flats and drummies. My son devoured my drummies. Definitely plan on going back next time we are in Birmingham.

My family and I wanted something where we could have a variety of things to choose from and we were not disappointed.. the food was hot and fresh, the service was excellent our server Anna was the best she made sure that we were happy with our decisions while also being very attentive.. the atmosphere was great and I 100% recommend..

We first went to a big chain wings place and they were full of excuses and high prices. We got up from that table and left without eating. we really wanted some good wings so we got on Google maps and found this place Jeffersons.
they were very welcoming and accommodating. The wings were big and good and we have found us a new wing place. thanks for not being full of excuses Jeffersons. we will be back! Still great in 2024!

Seems like they are struggling to keep their doors open. Burgers were lackluster, fries cold, missing ingredients. Service was great, our server went above and beyond. Next time just stop at Publix and pick up a burger and some fries from the frozen foods section. It’ll be the same quality and cheaper.

I can only rate the service because after being ignored and treated very rudely I left and wasn’t able to try the food. We were excited to try this place for the first time but sadly was unable to. We walked in and waited to be seated. No one acknowledged us after two waitresses walked past us and no one standing at the wait stand. I thought maybe we were suppose to seat ourselves which we did. We still waited while people walked past us without any acknowledgement whatsoever ever. After about 7/8 mins someone finally came over and was very rude. Which prompted me to leave.

Decided to try this place out this weekend with some friends!! Sat down immediately despite the restaurants lunch crowd which was a plus! Servers were super kind and helpful when being indecisive on what to order! Food and appetizers came out super fast and fresh! Burger was amazing and chicken wings were good. Will definitely be back!
