My photos don’t do any of it justice
Trust me, I love to eat and I love Thai cuisine.
Usually, I am hesitated to eat in Thai restaurant especially away from the Thai community but I came here for the first time even the Google rate was low.
Well, the low rating was not on food.
The low rating was mostly came from hospitality attitude issue.
But I will definitely go back for the delicious and authentic THAI flavor.
From my culinary & restaurant management experience, I wish Jeera Thai can minimize their menu dishes item only concentrate on their ability to produce from that small kitchen space & to build consistency on ALL their dishes.
They’re a tiny kitchen that accepts way more orders than they can handle.
You should not be outsourcing to ubereats, grubhub , doordash and on top of that taking orders by phone for takeout.
On top of a 2-3 hour wait they’re very rude and unresponsive.
I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy.
If it was just all this maybe I would give them 2 stars, but no the food is also God awful and overpriced. If you’re in the area go to literally any thai spot but this one.
I’ll give Jeera thai another try once they end this moronic business model.
If you want awful thai that’s cold order delivery from Jeera. If you want awful thai with bad service and want to wait in their restaurant for over an hour order takeout from jeera.
It was perhaps a tad bit on the bland side (I assume as a result of omitting ingredients like fish sauce that can’t be substituted) – mainly just the tofu that was bland, because the noodles and vegetables tasted pretty good. Very enjoyable. And a good sized portion for the price, which made me especially happy because I was so hungry.
I would have to try some of their other dishes to get a better idea of their food since it’s hard to judge a place off of just one thing.
The dining area inside is small and nothing terribly fancy, but it was comfortable enough. I came for lunch shortly after they’d opened so it wasn’t that busy (a couple of people were finishing up their meal, and a couple people came in to order take-out).
