In the past, this restrant’s service use to be great. But after what I experienced tonight, I will never order from them again. Not only was one of the workers in the back extremely rude, they also switched my order without informing me to something that I am highly allergic to. Once I got outside, something told me to check the bag and there it was. Although we were issued a refund, I find them to be very unprofessional and will only give one star since that’s the lowest there is on here.

Food was amazing just amazing I ordered about 4 times, vegetarian stew the pork and fried chicken wow. Good price for the food about 18 bucks, I had 1 major problem the wait time man just a long wait. I ordered 1 large plate and had a 45 minute wait that’s crazy. 2nd time I ordered I called ahead of time and went shopping 40 mins later came to get food still had a 12 min wait do not order on lunch break. Why cant Haitian places be like Jamaican food spots just have the food ready to go in and out 2 mins

The food is fine and flavorful, and I can’t help but appreciate the work they do in Haiti (they have a picture of the school they sponsor on the front counter), but it’s nowhere good enough to justify the absolutely abysmal customer service. Be prepared to listen to people in the lobby getting increasingly angry as they come to terms with the mistake they made of ordering from this place.

Place is horrible. Went here for a Daye night showed up an hour before they closed ordered food without meat from the lady and went to the bar my husband and I tried to order a drink from their menu and was told I quote save your money grab a bottle of wine from the liquor store and go home and drink it end quote

I was disappointed we ordered three meals and they got mine wrong instead of the broiled seared scallops they were fried. This is why I’m giving such a low rating. Otherwise the food is good at Jeano’s. Would also mention that while they weren’t undercooked whatever coating used didn’t stay on. Overall I was smh waited over an hr for the delivery done by grub hub.

Food is great but customer service is terrible. I waited 30 minutes just for them to tell me sorry we don’t have the rice you want. Really after 30 minutes of waiting.. ridiculous. I hope someone opens another restaurant and shuts them down they suck. I hate spending my money with them but I love my Haitian food.
