Was a first time for me today. Needed good solid pub food. Got the chicken tenders poutine YUMMY just what I was looking for! Paired with a virgin bloody mary. Very good flavor.
Good wait staff for quiet time that I came in. Definitely will be a return visit.

Ok, here’s the deal. Jolene rocks at the bar. Great place to hang out after riding the trails. The nachos were great but the pizza needs a better dough. All and all… it’s on the list!

I came up to float the Allagash on a fishing trip and ate dinner at JDs. I accidentally left my passport along with a lot of cash there. When I finished my float a week later, ALL of it was stored safely and I was able to retrieve it. The staff are kind hearted and amazing people. Both dinners there were awesome and they even have some pool tables

we were in town for the fishing derby, and the bar was dead around 10pm. We ordered wings, and they took 45 minutes to come out and they were awful. bartenders were just standing around talking while everyone sitting at the bar had empty glasses and bottles. not a great way to run a business, especially during the derby.
