The food is fantastic, for bar food. They have a big smoker, and offer many choices. They also have (broasted?) Chicken, homemade pizza (ask for the homemade crust though, to avoid the frozen options), and some nightly specials. Mixed drinks are good, as is the beer selection. They renovated parts of the interior, which made it cozier… but it still feels like a Northwoods bar where the locals love to hang out. You need to order at the bar, but they bring the food out to you.

The owners Jeff and Dawn are really trying to up date this place.
Good selection at the bar great food, friendly staff, nice patio out back looking at the flowage. Geese with baby’s this weekend, great fishing, kayaks, rowboat, cabins rentals, tent and camper lots.
Only lacks a playground and/or pool-splash pad for kids. The lake is dark from muddy waters, it’s probably ok to swim in but no actual place set for swimming.

A pleasant bar and restaurant, more than just a grill. I had the daily special one night and had the walleye the other night. You don’t go away hungry.

Been here only once for Friday night fish fry. They serve haddock which I’m not a fan of compared to Cod… but I was very impressed with theirs. It was very good and we will stop here again next time we are in that neck of the woods.

Such a great spot!! New owners are so sweet, and the accomodations were perfect. 3 adults 5 kids and the cabin was spacious and clean. We had everything we needed for the weekend. Thank you for everything!!

When I went to use the restroom, I washed my hands, but NO paper towels to dry. And I ordered the cheesy cauliflower, when they came out all it was was deep fried cauliflower with ranch dressing
