Best breakfast in the area! The red potatoes were amazing! Everything was amazing. My husband and I split a skillet, another had the French toast (Yummo) and her hubs had a huge fluffy omelette. Service was top notch . Highly recommend and we will def be back

Great service. Great food. Hunter’s breakfast had everything you needed – eggs, all the meats, and potatoes. Eggs were perfect. The waitress was absolutely fantastic. We really appreciated being asked our bacon doneness preference. Highly recommend to anyone who ends up in Weyauwega.

Food is very good. Service is excellent. Just one thing bothers me a waitress wears a nose ring. That is unacceptable I feel in a restaurant you should not do that. Very unsanitary

Looking for a good small town dinner for breakfast? This is the place. Friendly service. Good coffee. I had the Big Wega omelet. It was filled generously and cooked perfectly. I recommend the American fries over the hashbrowns. They are thin cut and flavorful. I also substituted a pancake for the toast. Something a little sweet on the side! If you are in the area, stop in. You won’t be disappointed.

My first time eating here under new ownership was fantastic! It was busy and for good reasons. I tried the duck tenders with a side of sweet potato fries. The duck was so juicy and tender with great flavor! Better than most duck I’ve had at more expensive restaurants and the raspberry duck sauce on the side was delicious even though the duck certainly didn’t need any sauce. The sweet potato fries were also fresh and delicious! My husband had the “Big Buck” venison burger which was also amazing! They cooked it exactly the way he wanted (medium rare) and it wasn’t over cooked like most places tend to do. Amazing food and very friendly service! I can’t wait to go back again!

Unfortunately my husband and I have tried and tried again to love this place. But after yesterday, my husband and I combined have had five different times where we’ve found black hair in our food… the fourth time it happened we were told that the kitchen guys are supposed to wear hair nets but don’t. And yesterday my husband found another one. We bring it up to our waitress everytime, not once have we asked for our meal to be free. They just made us new food.. but after a fifth hair, we don’t want new food, we want them to wear hair nets/beard nets as they’re supposed to. Do better..

Philly skillet barely had any meat. 1 slice of cold toast cut in half on a 13 dollar plate! Portions for price are extremely small. Atmosphere was more like a bar than a restaurant. Even the entrance houses gambling machines and they have a weekly Packer Pool.

Great little place to grab some breakfast or lunch. Portions are good and the prices are fair. Staff is really nice. Food came out really fast. Clean bathrooms and dining area.

When you visit Wisconsin, it’s all about the sausage. JD’s delivers an excellent breakfast at a reasonable price. The menu has both small and larger portions to fit any appetite. The staff is friendly and attentive. There is plenty of parking, but be forewarned that this has become a very popular place and there may be a short wait. Monthly specials accent the farm-fresh menu. Enjoy a latte, cappuccino, mocha, americano, red eye or frappe style coffee with your breakfast. Catch up on the local news while seated at the counter. For afternoon, try some ice cream or a root beer float. Arguably, there is not a better cafe in Wisconsin

Decent food, but not great, pretty plain. Everything was kind of small, and the American fries were like potato chips. Service was slow.
