I went here a while back with my parents. It was very nice to be here again.
I got buffalo wings. My parents got different style burgers and two shakes. I didn’t take pictures because I didn’t want to ruin the experience for them.
It was very nice being here. The only reason I don’t give it five stars is because it’s not the best place I’ve ever been to. But, it was good!

I seriously cannot believe how expensive it is for how mediocre the food is. I used to love JCW’s and now i don’t plan to go again ever again. I ordered a two piece chicken tender KIDS MEAL and upgraded the drink to a shake, and it cost me $17!!!!! I seriously couldn’t believe it i had to make sure it was right. Then i waited in the drive through for 30 minutes and dealt with very unfriendly employees. All just to receive GROSS food. The fries were soggy, the shake wasn’t mixed at all – all of the mix ins were stuck at the bottom, and the chicken was flavorless. The girl at the window was honestly snippy and cold. I seriously cannot believe how downhill this restaurant has gone. This was once a place i used to love and was a family favorite, and now im telling everyone i know to not waste their time or money going there.

I went to this location based on a coworker’s recommendation. We got to the restaurant just after noon on a Tuesday and I was surprised when we walked right up to the counter and placed our order. I had the blu cheese burger and it was really good. I definitely will return in the future.

We love JCWs and go before every BYU football game. Arrive early for seating before games though. Delicious food, pretty fast service. Love their salads and chicken. The hubby loves the sandwiches and the kids love the kids burgers and fries.the shakes are hot and miss , but they do a good job of trying to fix things. Totally recommend.

Those thick juicy delicious All American burgers
are a thing of the past – replaced by a tiny, thin, dry
hockey puck that rivals crappy fast food joints.
The flavor too is gone.
The restaurant was empty at 5 pm and I can sure see why – a fool has ruined this restaurant. Don’t waste your time and money here – pure trash!

I recently visited JCW’s in Provo, and once again, it did not disappoint! Their shakes are fantastic and pair perfectly with their delicious food. I had the cheese fries with their ultimate fry sauce, which was amazing, and a grilled ham and cheese sandwich—both were phenomenal. My wife opted for the Chicken Salad, which looked fresh and appetizing. JCW’s consistently offers great food and excellent service, making it one of our favorite places to eat. Highly recommended!

My daughter ordered the 4-piece chicken with fries, and I went for the bacon burger. Both meals were excellent, the chicken was crispy and flavorful, the fries were hot and perfectly seasoned, and my bacon burger was juicy with just the right amount of smokiness from the bacon. The portions are huge, so you definitely won’t leave hungry. Service was quick and friendly, and the food came out fresh despite the busy atmosphere. You really get great value here, and it’s clear they care about quality. We left full, happy, and already planning our next visit.

Okay, so like, I’ve never had to wait this long for fast food before. I went to the drive thru tonight and had to wait forever to get my food. I’m typically pretty child about this stuff, but this wait was unacceptable. Other than that, my brothers thought the food was fine or whatever. But, it was not worth the wait. I won’t be coming back if they want to continue this. Lowkey disappointed. Major L for us tonight.
