I went with some friends right before they closed. They were friendly even though it was late. The place was clean and not too crowded. They got our food to us in a timely manner and it was delicious! I loved my Hawaiian burger – I’m a sucker for pineapple. Their fries were thick and the fry sauce was good.

I love JCW’s, all the food is delicious! The food is slow because they make it fresh, which is a good thing, but it’s slow. The drive thru will easily take you 30 minutes. The food is also quite expensive. I order 6 wings, fries and a small shake and I’m over $20 typically. I love the food, but it’s not a place I eat often because of the cost. If you’ve got the time and money, you can’t go wrong with the food.

The food was horrible. Meat tasted old and I think it was cooked earlier and warmed up. Nasty Hamburger. Some of the fries were good, some soggy. I think they mixed a new and old batch. I am just happy I didn’t get food poisoning. Table next to me commented their food was bad also. They literally said “the meat tastes old”” Avoid this place!!

Food is Ok, but the wait in the drive thru was pretty terrible… I think I was in line for a good 20-30 minutes with only 3-5 cars in line. It’s been like this a couple times now.

Went with a coworker for lunch. Waited half an hour for our food and finally went to the counter to find out what was going on. They had lost our order along with 3 other customers. Once we finally got our food my American burger and fries were pretty good.

This JCW’s has to be the worst one that I have been to. I went through the Drive-thru which took 15 minutes with only 2 cars ahead of me. The staff was polite but the wait time was not what I am used to from JCW’s.

We went here last night to get a shake as we had many times before, although it’s been quite some time since I last visit. I couldn’t believe for two shakes it was $18 and they were runny and had no flavor. We will not be going back. It took forever to get through the drive through as well.

The food is always great. I’ve never been disappointed. Shakes are also great. My wife loves the chicken strip meal and the wings. The burgers are awesome. Food is made fresh so be prepared to wait in line at the drive thru or be ready to sit at the table for a while.
