Stopped by here while in the city. The line was long but the service was reallyyy fast. The people that work here were nice. We got our food and I got the Overheated with a lemonade. We got the food and ate right at their outdoor seating. The fries were soft and the wings were just ok. If there is a fried hard option, I would get that if you’re looking for crispy wings. Overheated isn’t as spicy as you would think. Tasted like a mild sauce. Lemonade was watered down

First time going there and the food was good! I had the 6 wings + fries combo with a lemon pepper flavor! So good and delicious! Definitely would go again and the service is quick!

Overall it was okay. Ordered a 10 piece all flat lemon pepper wings. Slightly salty and was not a fan of the feathers on the chicken either. Fries weren’t all that either. One should note that this is a drive through joint only. The line can be backed up into the street. Lemonade was okay as well.

I had a taste for wings while in Albany and decided to try this spot (based on the reviews, of course ) They had very awesome customer service! I gave stars just for that. However, the food wasn’t a 10 for me. It wasn’t horrible, just not that great. I’m VERY critical when it come to my wings… I’m a Chicken Wing Connoisseur… lol. I have a personal thing against those baby frozen wings that most people are using now… they taste awful and cheap The sauces were ok though.. I think one was called Lickem or something like that (whatever their signature sauce is) and the other was THAT sauce mixed with lemon pepper. A different brand of lemon pepper might make that one a little better. And I completely understand making a profit (I too own a food business), but I believe people should get their money’s worth…these bite size wings, for the price and the TEN fries they gave me, just wasn’t it for me. I also had gizzards, which were fried great, but had not one lick of seasoning All in all, not a bad place… just a few minor tweaks would make it better. I would still recommend to others because, like I said, the staff were extremely nice and helpful and someone else might LOVE them! ❤️❤️

I am 8 months pregnant and the hot wings here are the best in the city of Albany. I always receive awesome service and my food is always amazing. For anyone looking for the best wing spot in the city, 10/10 I would definitely recommend.

I love lemon pepper wings. I love how these are fried. I was told there would be seasoning on the fried okra, but I didn’t get any seasoning on them. There is no real parking here, just a drive-thru. It depends on what you order will depend on how fast your food gets to you. If I got a craving for wings, I would could here. Semi-tractor friendly, if you can find a curb long enough to pull over to.

It’s not a “traditional” hot wing vibe. Hmm just dawned on me maybe that’s why the name is JC Wingz, not hot wings. They taste like crispy fried chicken with Franks RedHot Sauce (Hot Flavor) and Badia Lemon Pepper (LP flavor). Back in the day when JR Crickets hit the scene or American Deli it’s not that style wing it’s more like I guess new school wings with either cornstarch, baking powder or a lil flour on them to give them crisp, seasoned, fried and then tossed lightly in sauce. They were tasty, very tasty chicken just not what I had in mind for “hot wings” but again, maybe it’s all in their name. Also very pricey!! $9.18 for 6pc chicken only.

Absolutely love it! I’m a first timer and definitely not the last. Lemon pepper wings are bomb!!! The perfect amount to flavor, not salty and zesty. Fries were fresh too! A little too pricey but worth it to me!!
