Came here on a Friday with a friend. She had been here before and had several good experiences already. My friend loves the tuna melt here with cheese curds and I had the tenderloin steak sandwich with sweet potato fries. The sandwich was fabulous. It was tender and tasty and perfect. The fries were good too. Our meals were out in a short amount of time and our server was attentive. Nice atmosphere. Would definitely recommend!

We ordered food to go a few times from here and I had a fish fry with some friends there one night. Fish fry was probably the best I’ve had in a long time. Burgers are full of flavor and juicy. Staff is very friendly as well. Definitely eating here again.

Not that great for the price prime rib was very seasoned all I could taste… beyond seasoned. I didn’t bother to say anything as I was taking my mother out for her birthday and I didn’t wanna have her just eat alone kinda beats the purpose of taking someone out to eat if you gotta have your prime rib redone she tried it and said she same so it wasn’t just me.. it was like I was literally eating seasonings

The food smelled so good I forgot to take a pic before I dug in. Mexican skillet is to die for – amazing chorizo flavor profile with fresh jalapeños. Service was amazing – thorough, friendly, and kind – and regulars are a jolly bunch.
Must stop for any bike/jeep cruise.

Stopped in to see the “new Tally Ho”. Met the lovely bar manager, Danielle, and the lovely bartender, Megan. Hung out with them for a bit. Andy made me a delicious Berry Moscow Mule. Just a nice pleasant time. So happy this place is open again… Erin wasn’t the same without it.

Took a chance and tried JC’s Corner pizza because we always liked Tally Ho’s food. Was pretty disappointed. Very thin crust and the toppings were chopped into tiny little pieces and you could barely taste them in the cheese. All three pizzas were overcooked, one was even burnt. Got a large sausage,mushroom,onion which was decent. Got a medium bacon chicken ranch pizza which was good, but overcooked and the chicken was like chopped up chicken strips instead of actual chicken breast which was weird. The third medium pizza was cheese and green peppers and as you can see in the picture was actually half burnt. Guess I should have checked them before I left the bar and went home. Not a very good experience for $60 worth of pizza.

On our way back from dousman and googled this place as we drove by because we were curious what it was called now. As I saw a picture of the pizzas we decided to turn around and stop. I got the crab Rangoon pizza. Was done a little more then I prefer, but I still ate the whole thing. Helpings were a good size. I don’t think they changed anything on the inside decor wise, but I did like he variety of food and wasn’t all you “basic” stuff. Will definitely have to go back to try some more fun stuff. I just wish they had moscato. Not the end of the world though.

Friday Fish fry was so good! Best in the area absolutely. I had the baked fish that came with German potato salad and fries, was great portions! Service was great too. Absolutely recommend!

Awesome fish fry. Friendly crowd. Excellent service. Extremely clean. Very fun bar scene. Bar is covered with pennies some dating to the 1800s.

We had the nachos and seafood combo platter. Both were VERY good! The beers were cold and the atmosphere was really nice. I’d highly recommend this to anyone on the south side of Hartford!
