My first stop on my burgers of Allen tour, this place had been recommended a lot!
And I have to save it’s super solid.
Ordered a cheese burger and fires basic but the only way to set a baseline.
Burger: good burger, meat was very fresh, a bit lacking on seasoning for my taste. All the toppings were great lettuce was fresh and they have diced red onion that is top tear in my opinion!
Fries were good…
Over all a good experience and the staff were super friendly and the place is nice as well.
I will definitely go back to try something else!

Been meaning to try this place for awhile and my only regret is that I didn’t stop in sooner! Hot, fresh food made to order and easily fit my dietary needs. Best beef I’ve had in an age too. They really mean it when they promise quality.
Got the carnivore with double medium beef and added some A1 to it. Tasted excellent and was nourishing. My partner got the Juarez and swapped in an egg for the cheese due to an allergy without issue. Sweet potato fries were creamy inside and just crispy outside.
If you’re looking for a new burger joint to try, come here! It’s fantastic and you’ll be supporting a small business to boot.

The beef was actually so, so tender and incredibly delicious; I would spent at least this much without feeling full from McDs. I feel not just fed but lightweight and nourished! It’s a crazy feeling I’m not used to after burgers! I’ll be back. The beef says enough. I’m very happy I listened to the chatter about this place and came to grab a bite. They’re as affordable as something like McDonald’s and McDonald’s could never do what these folks do anymore (and why pay a megacorp over a family business?)

One of the local favorites burger diners in the great City of Allen. If you like a good set of French fries and juicy burger this is a place to choose. A quick, fresh and friendly service hidden gem located on Century Exp S. Off 75 highway in big plaza with Ramen Hakata and Fitness Connection. The staffs are friendly and answer questions about the menu. Good prices and big burger. They have 3 size and different types of burger. Highly recommend for visitors to burger lovers

For the past 18 years of coming to JC Burger House, we’ve never had a bad experience with the food or the staff. Emma was so pleasant and sweet while taking our order. She even came to our table to make sure we enjoyed our meal and chatted with us for a few minutes. Eduardo always welcomes us with a big heart and a big smile. Truly great staff!
One thing we’ve always noticed about JC Burger House is how clean everything is—from the floors and tables to the bathrooms. It’s so refreshing to eat in such a well-kept environment.
And of course, the hamburgers are delicious! We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great experience and a great meal in a very clean setting.

Overpriced for the classic burger. Not juicy, small patty. I like that they claim to use good, fresh meat but i found the flavor lackluster. I think they’ve got the right idea and seem to be a trustworthy brand but for about 13 dollars after tax for the most basic burger they offer by itself I expected to be a lot happier biting into it.

Our family has been in Allen for 30+ years & have been frequenting since y’all moved in. I actually remember when u moved in bc my Mom loved a GOOD hamburger so we were excited you landed there. I’d jump at the invite to meet my Mom & Dad there on a whim, for dinner..for years!☺️I moved to Plano & haven’t been in a while till tonight…. Ohhhh tonight..
You had us in the feels. The warm & fuzzy ones as we reminisced about our beautiful memories of eating here as a family and enjoying a damn good burger that even had Mom’s seal of approval! (She was known for a kick a$$ homemade burger). Now, as my Dad & I sat there tonight waiting for the order, he pointed out which table we sat at the last time we are here together….
The youngster was so polite, professional & efficient. The handsome guy on grill greeted us from afar as we entered. He quoted the accurate wait time, pronounced our last name right, thanked us, served us & sent us on our way.
At home we tore into the burgers, only after snatching the piping hot fries in the car, of course.
With that first bite, I looked at Dad with wide eyes..BOTH of our eyes filled with tears…It was SO GOOD. Exactly like we’ve always remembered. Remembering my Mom’s FAVORITE burger joint, and realizing & saying to him…”This is the closest to Mom’s burger we’ll ever get again, Dad.” He smiled at me & said, “I know, baby.”

I’m going to start this by saying that I really didn’t want to make this post. Because I actually like JC’s burgers but today was the worst experience ever! My wife and I walked in, neither girls greeted us, one ran to drink her coffee and the other young lady stared at her. One of the young ladies went on to show what I’m guessing is the newer employee how to print a receipt, there wasn’t a customer asking for a receipt she was just showing her. At that point they just started staring at us they didn’t even ask if we were ready or greet us. When our order came out they had forgotten to make my wife’s fries and my burger was completely wrong. I had asked for a double with bacon, I had no bacon and I had a single Patty. I told the young lady my order was wrong she took the burger to the cook and advised him that I didn’t ask for that that she verify the order and I didn’t tell her I wanted to double. She said all of this loud enough to where we could hear her from our table. Once I got my burger back I still didn’t have a double patty, The only thing that they did was add bacon and two slices of cheese to my burger. So I was eating a cold patty. My wife waited until she was completely done with her burger and had to remind the employee about her fries again. The service was unacceptable. We have teenagers of our own so we are in complete support of having young kids in your store and training them up. However, if you’re going to have younger employees, we just hit list of maybe they should be properly trained before they are left on their own. As we walked out, once again there wasn’t an apology, nobody said anything to us.

Great food excellent service. Always a friendly staff that is very attentive. My wife and I eat JC’s regularly both dive in and take out. Their burger of the month is always a great way to change up the ordinary and try something new. Fresh cut fries are always a must. They even offer the “Todzilla”, a 1.5 lb triple meat triple cheese burger if you are hungry enough.
