Terrible. Terrible. Terrible.
I took my cup in to be refilled, and the girl literally stuck her hand in the ice, with a glove on that she was ringing people up with, amongst other things, & put the ice in my cup & proceeded to refill my cup & hand it to me. I told her that I didn’t want it. She then went to another machine to grab a scooper from there & take it back to the machine she initially stuck her glove in & said, “So, what kind of drink do you want?” At this point, I was disgusted & just took my cup to another station. I took a pic of the food. It looked really appetizing, but it was so nasty. Even the boys from the basketball team threw their food in the trash. Never again.

It was the first time I use this restaurant, I ordered grilled chicken sandwich combo and cheeseburgers with the salad.
The only thing I like is how fast to make the order, other than that I do not recommend this place.
The front desk they receive the order seems to have a difficult time as you can tell they do not show passion to serve in the restaurant, also the line at the back they do not carry the order correctly that cause a delay in serving customers.
The area not clean when I visited the restaurant and the beverage machine dose not work.
This is my own experience in this place.

We went to eat at this restaurant located at Six Flags. The young lady who took my order overcharged me. I ordered a wing basket and a cheeseburger basket along with two bottles. She charged me for three wing baskets instead of one. The part that was really upsetting is that she was trying to tell me what I ordered like I don’t know what I said. I know she didn’t want to get in trouble because of the refund but at the end of the day I’m the customer and it’s my money. Telling me what I ordered like I don’t know is insane.

This place is absolutely horrible. The food looks like something someone else tried to eat but threw away! And the lack of service and basic supplies is even worst. They don’t have napkins and the staff directs you across the street to another restaurant to get some. The staff also has no customer service experience at all; it’s as if they are there to stand around and ignore guest on purpose.

It’s Saturday and the bartender couldn’t figure out how to change the TV channels. Big Ten football was on, even though there were plenty of SEC games available including my team. I would expect management to train staff on basic things like switching the TV before putting them on the floor. Disappointing experience.

Do NOT do mobile orders here. They have zero urgency to get mobile orders out. They could get people in line out within a minute of getting their orders. We ordered cheese fries and waited one hour and forty five minutes to be told it was ready, but that was just so i could come back up and be told they didn’t have the ingredients. Several people were being told to go away and wait for it to say it to say “ready” but didn’t think it odd at all that people had been there for hours for the same food that was being handed out constantly to those in line. People literally went and stood in line to RE ORDER their food just so they could actually get it. No respect for people’s limited time at the park. No manager to come over to try and fix the issue, because AGAIN the food was steadily moving for those waiting in line. The park wants to encourage mobile orders to speed things up; this place needs to turn it off and not bother.

My friend and I tried 4 different cocktails from the menu with different liquors lol we didn’t feel any different in the slightest. We said “ouu this must be dangerous it might sneak up on us” The only that snuck up was how i realized I spent almost 100 on juice and got swindled. We even joked we could give it away to a kid in the park bc it’s kid friendly. I’m a lightweight one or two good drinks usually does it for me so yall gotta retrain the bartender Idk If they purposely make the drinks super weak so you can get more or what. If that’s the case she’s top notch lmao. She was really nice and checked in with us but yeah I could’ve got some new shoes or something

I ordered the Muenster Mansion Burger , the first thing I found out they were out of tomatoes!! How is that possible!? They just opened the restaurant for the day, you can’t run out of something that easy!!! And then when I got my order, the fries were barely cooked! They were still hard! They could easily improve and offer a better service !!!
