I was charged for 8 meals and I ordered 4. On top of that it was literally over an hour wait. I plus numerous families were up at the front demanding to speak with management. I spoke with a small Asian looking man the only employee wearing all red. He said their system went down so they were serving based off of the receipts. They gave everyone the device that vibrates once your food is ready. I spoke with numerous irritated families that had waited longer than we have. I luckily got video and pics of all the chaos. On top of all that they kept taking orders not telling anyone their systems were down and that everyone was waiting for their food. The food had been sitting under the lamp warmers for so long that everything was dried out. Bad service not telling customers there was an issue and they more than likely would have to come up and fight for their food being that their system was down, for was terrible and to top it off I paid literally over $200 for that. I will be sending a nice long in depth video of not only behind the scenes but of the dishonesty of the employees taking the order and the manager just randomly giving food out to whoever had their hands out. The videos are too long to post on here but will be posted on a few social network sites that already have others posting their experiences. I will follow up with the link to these sites.

We ate here about a month ago, while at 6 flags. It definitely wasn’t my choice of places to eat, considering I’m from a big bbq town. I just went along with it to please the other family we were with. The food came out pretty fast.
While the chicken tenders the kids got were huge, everything else was subpar, and everything on the menu is way overpriced. The bbq nachos were the worst I’ve ever had—dry meat and no type of sauce. The cheese was straight out of a can. It was a waste of 20 bucks. It’s also dark, dingy, and not very clean inside.

The overall atmosphere was decent, but when we got there, there was soda on the floor in the waiting line. Our order was taken quickly, but the wait was absolutely RIDICULOUS!!! Three groups of people (2 of them fairly big maybe 4-6 people) had received their food before us and they got there AFTER we had ordered AND had been seated. Not to mention they had time to eat AND leave. Overall we waited 1 hrs and 15 minutes. After about an hour my friend and I walked up to the desk and asked about the status of our order, and the employee speaking with us said “Did it buzz?” (We were handed a device that buzzes when the order is ready). In which my friend replied “No” then the employee replied “Then no.” Overall the food was good, but it was NOT worth the wait nor the price, which is OUTRAGEOUS.

terrible service from all aspects, got 12 little strands of pulled pork in between two massive buns when i paid $17 for that sandwich then it costs more to add fries and then when you tell them you want to make it a combo which means add a drink they say that’s not what a combo is and they add a drink separately for $6 for a MEDIUM drink even though it says on the menu “make it a combo, add a drink for 3.99” and i kept saying what the menu said. workers don’t seem to know what they’re doing and yes i’m aware it’s six flags so it’s not going to be cheap but that’s outrageous. the person i went with also got a pulled pork sandwich and his was filled with pork, so they’re inconsistent and when i brought my sandwich back up to them they tried charging me for “extra” even though mine had nothing on it!! they ended up just giving me a little more pulled pork on it but the whole meal was mediocre and cafeteria style food, not good…

Food is delicious! Our family loves to get the pulled pork sandwich or pulled pork nachos. Mac and cheese is awesome! Sometimes the line is LONG and service is slow but they’re short handed and doing their best.

Meal plan food choices are limited and not so good. Usually love pulled pork nachos, but this is low quality meat, low quality chips, and too much shredded iceberg lettuce.
Regular menu offers a wider selection, very overpriced for such low quality.

This little spot has the potential to be one of the better food places within Six Flags, but it can be disappointingly inconsistent. The pulled pork sandwiches seem less likely to be “cold and hard,” which unfortunately the burgers served at some of the Six Flags restaurants can be, but they are rather expensive (even by Six Flags standards).
