I have to say they have some Amazing food! Their gumbo has the perfect spice and consistency. Their crab cake was incredible and their fish and Shrimp was fried to perfection. We had the cheese grits and the crab Mac N Cheese and they were off the charts! I would highly recommend trying this truck!

This truck is new to the marina I work out of. (English Landing) in St Augustine. Just got my first meal and holy smokes is it incredible. I got the fish, shrimp and oyster combo. I can say with zero hesitation that every last bite was incredible. By far the best fried seafood I have ever had to date. Tender, incredible flavor, this is the real deal. And whatever you do, get the cheese grits. I’ve heard the wings were out of this world, I am going to try them next. Great job all around.

My wife thought the Shimp Poboy excellent as well.
I really hope they make Wednesdays a common stop at our development.
