The food was phenomenal! The soup bases were flavorful, the meat was good quality, and the portions were generous. The servers were very helpful and the service was quick. We hardly waited any time. The seating is comfortable as well. The place needed a little cleaning but over all very worth it! We even got a cute little cat-shaped pot to bring home.

Food is good. Loved the veggies. Their best meat is the beef not the the wagyu. Didn’t care for the dipping sauces. Broths were good and flavorful. Family of 5 cost us $200 we did not get all you can eat. Also I think they might have a plumbing issue because the restrooms smell absolutely disgusting. But it’s a cute place.

We Very much enjoy jazzcat as the food here as it is really good, but whats better than the food is the very helpful and welcoming waitress Niko. We come here often and shes always quick to help us and even when we are tucked in the corner on a busy day she still comes through to help and be very friendly. Definitely deserves a raise! 🙂

One of my favorite regular go-to hot pot places (sorry Boiling Point, you’ve been bumped to 2nd place) because of great taste, great portion, great atmosphere, great service, and reasonably priced.
Love how you can T-REX the hot pot (aka: give me more meat and less veggies) for the same price, have a multitude of tasty soup base & dipping sauces to choose from, and serve quality meat.
My favorite soup base is the seafood essence, second new favorite is the pork bone. Perfect flavor combo after tossing all the stuff.
Best of all, I can refill the soup base and bring leftovers home.
I don’t often order from the regular non-hot-pot menu, but when I have, everything was surprisingly good, better than I expected it to be.
Ironically, this was a Restaurant that I didn’t feel like visiting at first for it giving a vibe of wanna-be too high class. Came with a friend once, reluctantly, but found myself pleasantly surprised & impressed. And now, I’m a regular.

Price is fair, meat quality is good. black leaf speck on Napa cabbage and browned broccoli do not look appetizing. 3 of 6 burners out of order, needed to repeatedly flagged down servers to add broth to prevent burning the pots. No-ice water tasted funny.

This place used to be packed about 8 years ago, but now they are only about sixty percent full even on the weekend. I think the food quality also declined. The the meat quality isn’t as good as before. Especially the all you can eat option, the meat quality is way worst. And they charge half price for kids over 3 feet tall, even if your kid don’t want to eat anything, they forced you to pay for your kids. So if you’re taking a kid, but your kid don’t like that food, don’t do the all you can eat option.

The City if Industry location has All-you-can-eat now!! Comparing to other AYCE, the beef quality is better than other place. For a meat eater, definitely a better option. I don’t care much about veg.
Stuff are quick to give us many rounds of food. (I do come early though, so not sure how the service level is when it is busy). I am very satisfy. So 5 stars.

There’s no need to think about it, this is the best hot pot restaurant in Socal. And if you’re wondering what to get and how to prepare it, my suggestion is get the Thai spicy or seafood essence for the soup, ask for the garlic/cilantro/green onion/egg add-on and mix it with the soup. Order beef (T-Rex) for the meat and don’t forget to get the golden fish balls because they are heavenly. For the dipping sauce, satay works well with the beef. Try not to eat too fast 🙂 Enjoy!

I love this place. I go almost every time I’m in LA. You choose a meat or vegetables, a soup base and a sauce. I like TRex beef with Japanese spicy miso with Japanese sesame sauce. If you dont like spicy, the Japanese miso is a good alternative. The golden fish balls are perfection in a bite.

We took our Mom to Jazz Cat for Mother’s Day, her special request. We had a phenomenal meal. The staff was so kind and helpful. We ordered the Lamb T-Rex, the assorted fish and seafood, and had the Japanese Miso (Regular and Spicy). It was sooo yummy. We were glad to be able to celebrate Mom here. She was so happy! Thank you for the excellent service and wonderful meal, Jazz Cat.
