Sunday February 15, 2025, We went to this halal place to eat so we don’t need to eat at home. We ate: White Rice, Butter Naan, Biryani, Butter Chicken, and chicken roll to eat beautifully and 2 sauces were: Raita and Mirchi Ka Salan sauces to dip with. Now we had a wonderful dinner at this restaurant and tasty and I will recommend this place. Please give it a like to our posts. Thank you!

We visited Jazeera Indian Hyderabadi Restaurant for dinner. Notably, their parking lot entrance is on a different street from the restaurant. To our surprise, there were no customers on New Year’s Day evening, and during our over-hour visit, we did not see anyone else leave.

The food was excellent. We ordered Chicken Karahi, which was delicious and flavorful. The chicken was tender and generous in portion, sufficient for two. However, while the chicken pieces appeared large, the bone-to-meat ratio was less favorable, with less meat than expected when compared to other establishments.

Despite this, the overall experience was positive. The customer service was great, with attentive staff. While we requested spicy fried chicken, the spice level was milder than anticipated. I plan to request extra spice for our next visit, and our order arrived promptly.

Great food. Vegetarians have good options except veg biryani is available at order and they use rice from the chicken biryani… What a bummer!!

Best part : Food is not too greasy:))

Desserts: I love their double ka meeta. Not too sweet and addictingly delicious

Tea : Tea was great the first time I had gone. But,second time it was cold and they served me pre-made old tea. So, beware ! Finding good Hyderabadi tea is already hard and tea is an emotion so I get sad when they do that to tea:(

Lastly, it’s a great and only place that serve a good Hyderabadi biryani and Hyderabadi cuisine. I am mostly happy except for the veg biryani and the tea!!

We had once tried their iftaar buffet and really enjoyed yet so we thought we’d give regular items a try today. The food was truly delicious and would love to go back again. We will definitely tell others to come. The mixed grill was good but it was only chicken. The mutton biriyani was kind of dry for me but it wasn’t the best we had for Paki biriyanis. We will try chicken next time. The best part of the meal was the mutton fry. OMG it was the bomb with lacha parantha. All the food was carefully made and hard work was put into it. The service could work a bit. They should serve water in the beginning and give bill when it’s appropriate timing. I had seen others get irritated with that but overall it was a good experience. They’re nice people there.

This is my second visit to this great restaurant and as a returning customer, i was not dissappointed at all. Authentic Hydrabadi finger licking food….Double ka meetha and tea was extraordinary. Great pricing and warm customer service was a plus. A must go spot if you like Indian Hyderabadi cuisine.

Today I had their authentic organic chicken Hyderabadi biryani along with mirchi ka salan and badam ka meetha, and everything was absolutely perfect. The biryani had the exact traditional Hyderabadi taste—rich aroma, perfectly cooked rice, and tender, flavorful chicken. The mirchi ka salan was spot on with the right balance of spice and nutty gravy, just like it’s meant to be. The badam ka meetha was a perfect ending—not too sweet and beautifully smooth. Truly felt like a taste of Hyderabad. Highly recommended for anyone craving authentic Hyderabadi cuisine.

Tried the patthar ka gosht, Mutton Biryani, paratha, Naan, and irani chai. Everything tasted utterly delicious. This restaurant is among the only few truly authentic Hyderabadi restaurants in the US.

Good people, great service and authentic Hyderabadi style affair. I was introduced to this place by a friend, got served a bowl of Coriander Chicken soup to start with followed by a kacchi Chicken and Mutton Biryani. Stuffed to the gills and slowly inching towards food coma decided to get the infamous Double ka Meetha, it’s almost ADDICTIVE!! Be careful.

Super crowded, Spartan, fresh, and flavorful. Do a takeout if you can’t get a seat. Loved the dry dishes – kebabs and such. Goat biryani was dry and beautifully crafted – reminded us of Nizam’s in Kolkata.

The goat dum biryani, haleem, kabob platter and double kameeta is a must try. Mirchi ka salan makes the biryani even better. The biryanis are so authentic and flavourful! You will never be disappointed with the food here. If you are a Hyderabadi, its a must visit place in New York/ NJ.
