Even more alarming, an individual identified as an “investor”–also intoxicated–was allowed behind the bar and physically grabbed patrons they did not know. This conduct is entirely inappropriate, unsafe, and unacceptable, and demonstrates a complete lack of management oversight, internal controls, and respect for patron safety.
To conclude the evening, the bartender allowed personal grievances to interfere with their duties, resulting in paying customers being singled out and denied a reasonable opportunity to enjoy the establishment. This reflects grossly inadequate staff training, poor leadership, and a failure to enforce basic standards of conduct.
I strongly discourage anyone from patronizing this bar. Ownership and management should immediately address staff intoxication, investor involvement in daily operations, and compliance with liquor service regulations. Due to the severity of these issues, I will be formally recommending that the Nebraska Liquor Control Commission review this establishment’s conduct and adherence to liquor laws.
I mean spilling drinks on the ground ia not nice but it wan’t like we were doing intentionally. After that the bartender was just trying to be very angry with us but didn’t really feel attimitating. We just didn’t want any trouble.
Anyway, it felt like the bartender and her friends wanted a lot of trouble.
We left them alone though
