The food is amazing and very affordable. The best burger and fries around. Once had my onion rings over cooked, mentioned it, and they brought me a fresh order. The beef is never frozen. The chicken tastes fresh. Salad is never wilted as described by others. The menu is heavy chicken as the name implies “Chicken Palace,” but there are burgers and salads available too. Never had a bad meal here. Staff have always been exceptionally nice. I’m fussy and this place meets my expectations all the time. Try it for yourself. If the table needs wiping, just ask them. They always do this for me without complaint. There are two happy hours here as well. When I work late and arrive at 10pm it’s a delight to get a discount.

Amazing food and phenomenal prices ! Best chicken tacos i have ever had , husband had the Hayden island double burger and wow!! Our new go to place when at PIR for events and date night as well ☺️

Overall good eats and nice casual atmosphere. Been wanting to try this place for a while so I finally stopped in with my group. The Glenn Fry was good, I took out the jalapeños because they made it too hot for me. Enjoyed all the chicken dishes we tried. The worse item in my opinion is the cheese rods. They were not mozzarella gooey, instead more of a solid cheese, wasn’t even warm/hot tasting. The onion rings were decent. Good place for a quick bite and drink. They have video poker room too.

I’ve been wanting to try out Jaybees since they opened up, but just never made it in until now that is. I had high expectations going in, and unfortunately I was let down. The service was less than stellar. The food took forever to get to me ( and no there weren’t very many people in the place). The atmosphere was pretty meh. I think as someone else said, Jaybees is stuck in an identity crisis. Is it a restaurant or just a dive bar selling chicken sandwiches. My chicken sandwich was mid at best. It wasn’t bad per se, but nothing to write home about. Tots were your average tots. 3/5 stars! I won’t be coming back!

Food was alright. Don’t get the Chicken of the Sea sandwich, it’s weird. Onion rings are pretty good. Saw some people reviewing the place saying the oil was obviously old, and while I didn’t have that problem, I think their oil may have been a touch cold because the rings and chicken were both very oily. I imagine you could have a good time if you went there with friends for happy hour, theirs is very cheap, something like $3 a drink if I remember right. The color on their TVs were tuned weirdly, either super green or super red, so be warned if you’re going there for a game or something, I guess.

The spicy chicken tenders aren’t spicy to me but they were really good with the jalapeño ranch dip! My waitress, Stephanie, was outstanding! She understands the assignment of a waitress! AND her Preach Margarita nailed it!!! Way better than the Margarita Factory! The atmosphere was relaxed but very clean!!
