When i told the owners they said they health department allows them.to do that. Complete violation of health and safety!!!

The Beef Rendang is a must-try. The meat is incredibly tender, and the rich, aromatic sauce is packed with complex flavors from the blend of spices. It’s a true representation of traditional Malaysian cuisine and absolutely delicious.
The Laksa is equally impressive, with a perfect balance of creamy coconut milk and spicy broth. The noodles are cooked just right, and the dish is generously topped with shrimp,beef, chicken and tofu, making it a hearty and satisfying meal.
The Calamari is another highlight. It’s crispy, perfectly seasoned, The texture is spot on, not overly chewy, and makes for a great appetizer or snack.
Overall, Jaya Asian Grill excels in delivering authentic and flavorful Malaysiandishes. The friendly service and inviting atmosphere only add to the experience. Highly recommended for anyone craving delicious Malaysian cuisine!
Overall, I love what this restaurant offers. It is different than most Asian or Malaysian restaurants but the food and employees are great!
Each dish was rich and had deep and unique flavor profiles. I honestly haven’t had such good food in a long time! The smoothies were really interesting and fun, very smooth and sweet while also having the taste of their respective fruits.
Our server was the same on each day we came and was very friendly and helpful.
I have no doubt that all of the items on the menu are equally delicious and I only wish I had more time during my visit to taste more! Definitely a must when visiting Denver!
Food was cooked greatly, and even had a few touches on it that weren’t too common back home like pickled veggies and chillies on the nasi lemak! Some Malaysian staples and a huge diversity of choices of SEA cuisine. The char koay teow could be less salty, and the beef rendang could be more consistently tender. Taste was close to home though!
Service was great. Our guy gave a solid recommendation on eating family style with a wide array of dishes. Talked a bit too long though, maybe use an AI to summarise thoughts? Haha.
Seems like a cozy spot, and gains a fair bit of traction from the Asians here. As an Asian, this has my sincere Techmo seal of approval!
The Beef Steak Sambal Goreng was incredibly flavorful which added a delightful aroma and richness. The Fried Rice was well-seasoned and had a nice texture.
Chicken Satay was terrible and I would not order again. It was dry, and the peanut sauce was not very creamy. Being an Indonesian, in my opinion, the satay lacked authenticity and didn’t have the same flavor as what I had back home.
Char Kway Teow had the right balance of spices and was very satisfying.
For dessert, the Pulut Hitam was a perfect sweet ending, with its warm, coconutty, and slightly sticky texture.
Lastly, the beef rendang was the highlight of our meal, with its spicy, savory kick that left us wanting more. It was extremely tender, paired perfectly with the coconut rice.
Overall, the food quality and flavor were good, and I recommend Jaya Indonesian Restaurant for a wonderful culinary experience!
