Good chicken sandwich. I think the Mac and cheese sandwich might be better than the one with coleslaw. I like that they give you lots of fries and the fry sauce (comeback sauce) is good, but they charge you 65 cents for it… it’s distasteful to charge for sauces which is why the lower than average service rating. Mild was not spicy at all, even medium had very low discernable spice.

The Blazin’ fries are seriously so good. I order them every time and they never miss, perfectly seasoned, great heat, and just loaded with flavor. Honestly might be my favorite thing on the menu.
The chicken is always fresh and crispy, the spice levels are legit, and the whole place just has a good vibe. On top of that, the staff is super friendly and makes the experience even better.

This place is amazing. The food is phenomenal and the staff are incredible. I have been coming here since they first opened and I can’t stay away. A big part of that is the amazing food, but the staff plays a huge role in that as well. The comeback sauce is AMAZING!!! The chicken sandwich and fries are a perfect portion and they pair well with the comeback sauce. The blazin’ fries are strangely good with the Mac n cheese. You wouldn’t think of this combo, but it works. 10/10 definitely recommend Jay Birds!

Our family has come here on several occasions. We have always enjoyed the food. The men order medium and me and the kids do mild or plain. Even the mild is a bit spicy. We love the comeback sauce. Usually order tenders and waffles and chicken for the kids. The rest of us order the mac daddy or blazin fires. Definitely recommend trying here.

This was a fun and interesting experience. First of all, the chicken tastes amazing. The food was really really good. Surprisingly good. The manager of the location made sure we knew the history of the place and how Jay Birds not only got its name, but told us about their recipes and their other locations. This is a new place in St. George, right by the Red Cliffs Mall. You can expect to pay between $12 – $16 for a meal. Regardless, it’s worth it.

I came here with a group of friends specifically for the mac daddy sandwhich, my friends couldn’t stop raving about how good this sandwhich was.
Needless to say I was excited! When I went to order, the cashier immediately tried to get me to order something else. I wanted the mac daddy fire. They have five levels of spice and I wanted the hottest one. Unfortunately, I am white and no one believes I can handle heat. I was getting a little annoyed that the cashier tried not once but three times to get me to not order the fire level spice.
I am the customer. Shut up and take my money.
I will say the sandwhich was good. Lots of flavor and the spice hit only at the end. I was satisfied.
