This is my 2nd visit & it hasn’t improved. The crust is tasteless except for whatever powder is on the bottom. The topping quantity is astounding, pretty sure they’ll never go broke because they over give toppings. The employees stood behind the counter while we were sitting & eating, complaining that they had nothing to do yet every other table including ours hadn’t been wiped down prior to our arrival. I doubt this place will last but if it does, I won’t be back either way. And $2 for a tiny cup of soda is highway robbery, good job Jax Pizza

I just had a very enjoyable experience here. My pizza came out sizzling, like a hot fajita plate! The taste was unique, probably due to their cornmeal based crust. Plenty of hearty toppings combined with a tasty sauce. Adding to the overall experience was an impressive crew. Friendly, focused on customer service. This Pizza place isn’t the norm. They’re carving out a nice niche that’s all their own

I’m only going to be honest because you have two other pizza places in town for 2700 people how do you plan to last if you don’t bring your A++ game? This was my first time here or ever a Jax Pizza. Let’s start from the order down: I asked the guys which they suggested that they have tried. Now to me every employee in my restaurant employees would have tried every dish and know what to say when somebody asks that! They only knew a couple but insisted everything was good. I said I was skeptical about the BBQ steak I just didn’t think barbecue sauce would go with that. Would have been better with a creamier sauce I thought. It was okay, I’m not crazy about sweet Pizza thank goodness the 2 tbsp of sauce smeared so thin you could see through it made it extremely light. As my pictures I got one onion and two bell peppers per slice on one side was a little too Brown and that Dough has absolutely No flavor. Might I suggest a sprinkle of salt on it before ingredients if your not going to let it rise that long? The dough look like it had just been made before shift. Small and hardball . Crust tasted like flour and water. Ultimately that’s not a $20 Pizza for $21 I can get a Chicago deep dish at the Hut I will update my review after they’ve been open a while. They are brand new. Update: gave a slice to my 5yo I was told quote ” I don’t like the new pizza I give it a 0″ I didn’t ask for his opinion. He gave it back.

Pizza was good. They use high quality ingredients which justify the $19 price per Pizza. My first Pizza was the Stingin’ Honey Pizza, it was great!

Promising but missed the marked. Ordered wings and 2 pizza’s. The wings overall were decent would probably order those again. But the pizza seemed off. The crust on top at the edge had the proper look/texture, but the under side seemed under cooked. Part of thinks the floor of the oven wasn’t heat soaked enough to provide proper baking. The crust was bland, think it needed more fermentation time and a pinch of salt. The taste was mostly of corn meal (non stick agent for this style of pizza). Throwing a slice on a hot skillet did help with texture. Lastley a little more sauce, could help. There were bites where it tasted like toppings and cheese but no sauce base. That being said the toppings and cheese were good. I really hope this is just a one time experience and will try again due to this style being a hard to get find in the area.
