I come here often for the fried chicken, and it never disappoints. I usually call in my order, and it’s always hot, fresh, and made perfectly. We ordered seafood plate pick 5 it came Medium size aluminum foil plate (a lot food!) with French fries. and it was only $34.there food is good but I cake was toooooo sweet for me,next time I’ll order by Uber so we don’t have to drive 40 minutes haha

Let me start by saying I order here quite a lot! Sometimes 2-3 times a week. I am 7 months pregnant and usually order DoorDash delivery because of how long they personally take in person to complete the order.
So tonight I ordered like usual and put in my special notes that I requested. I also followed up with a phone call to make sure my instructions were followed. I spoke with a girl who specifically said lettuce does not come on the lamb gyro but I know it does. I asked for NO LETTUCE and NO TOMATO!! So because she was so sure it didn’t come with lettuce she only told them no tomato, despite my request.
Upon receiving the order, I noticed it was covered in soggy lettuce but had no tomato. I immediately called the restaurant back to explain and this time spoke with a man. Who was rude, dismissive, and argumentative! I told me to bring the food to the restaurant tomorrow and he would make a new one. First of all, if I ordered dinner to eat, now, why would I bring it back if I’m hungry?? Secondly, the point of ordering delivery is because I wanted it DELIVERED!!!!! All I was trying to tell him was to notify his staff that lettuce does come on the gyro and that her mistake caused me to get something I didn’t ask for. He told me just pick the lettuce off.
Picking it off is not an option if the damage is done. My food is now wet and soggy. I took pictures and was going to file a complaint with door dash and they offered me a $2 credit!! Can you believe that? $2.
I usually like their food but this was a huge turn off. I really pissed off at the customer service and how I was treated. I will never eat there again! They lost a customer for good. I will tell anyone who will listen that they are a terribly run restaurant with no structure. They change employees like underwear and it’s unorganized.
I also have proof with pictures of everything but I’m having trouble uploading. Will add to the comments if I can.

Went there because someone told me it was better than the Manhattan Diner in Ocala this is definitely not true there were some high points the okra and the fried chicken wings were not bad actually decent the lemon pepper wings had almost no lemon pepper on them it’s an okay place if you happen to be in the area but nothing to drive for people that work there seem nice

Food is always great. They always accommodate my needs. I get the same thing every time which isn’t even a combo on the menu because they only have catfish nuggets & chicken wings but they always let me change the chicken to shrimp. My son loves the tenders, fry’s & shrimp. We love this place. Food is always fresh & hot.

Tami and ReRe waited on us and they were absolutely fantastic. Very personable very pleasant. Everything was fresh more than enough. I had the lamb Gyro my partner had the catfish. We both had wings, coleslaw, and the Keylime shortcake dessert all of it was fantastic! Definitely go again.

I went to this location looking for a quick lunch break. I utilized the drive thru and the manager taking my order was very rude. I have never been to this location and was inquiring on the different wing flavors and asked what flavors are available and by the manager I was told “It’s on the menu” as a manager you would expect a level of customer service and unfortunately that was missed and due to that I will not be a repeat customer.

I had an amazing experience at Snappers! The food was delicious, but what really made my visit special was the outstanding service from Abed. He was incredibly patient, sweet, and made sure everything was perfect. It’s rare to find someone so kind and attentive, and he truly went above and beyond to make my experience enjoyable. If you’re stopping by Snappers, I highly recommend asking for Abed—he’s the best! I’ll definitely be coming back.

My food was good and cooked to order. Rating is about service. It took about 2 minutes for them to acknowledge me and take my order in the drive through. My order was not entered when I got to the window. Sat at the window for about 10 minutes then told to park and wait some more.
