We just moved back from Michigan after 10 years and we’ve heard nothing but good things. We tried it last night and I was blown away by the pizza. Delicious 10/10!! We also tried the steak. Unfortunately it was super disappointing. The steak patty was more like a frozen hamburger patty. We will for sure be back soon.

Jax Pizza in richmond Ohio
Picked up a pizza today… could hear the guy in the back talking about the customer that just walked out the door. Also the way he talked to his staff was horrible. Pizza is mediocre not the best pizza I ever had nothing to write home about. I will not be going back here again.
And thank you for acknowledging my complaint! Can’t believe your response. I would now have to believe the man in the back that was talking about customers and talking to the staff like they were dogs has to be the owner. No one would put up with this type of customer service. I’m not the first to complain about the way he talks to people.

Best Pizza locally, hands down IMO. I just recently discovered them (about a year so) and every time I want pizza, this is where I go. I’ll make the 25 minute drive to get it!

This is the last time we will order here. The previous four times we called ahead, the food was never ready on time. It was always at least a 20-45 minutes wait AFTER the time given when we called. Today, we called and asked specifically to have the food by a certain time, and gave 45 minutes for the order. I arrived five mninutes late, and I still had to wait an additional 30 minutes to be handed my now cold food. To make it even worse, the order was half wrong and the food was dried out from sitting for so long and tasted awful.
I have tried many times to come back, because usually the food is amazing. But every single time we end up waiting no less than 20 minutes after the pickup time (that they usually give). I understand that foodservice is difficult to predict when it comes to giving pickup times, but the other pizza places in this county have no problem getting it right and these guys have been open long enough to know better by now.
Today was the only day I needed this to be done on time, but I guess no one elses’ schedules matter.
Best of luck to you guys. I hope you get this place turned around someday.

I had a very frustrating experience here recently. We called ahead and were told our order would be ready in 20 minutes. However, we ended up waiting an additional 20 minutes after we arrived, making us late for a football game.
The service was also a major issue. While waiting, we could clearly hear a cook in the kitchen yelling and acting unprofessionally. The combination of the misleading wait time and the unprofessional staff made for a terrible experience. We will not be returning.

What an amazing family business, husband & wife & the kids work together In beautiful harmony It was fun to watch the process of my pizza being made . I ordered a reg pizza and a plain white pizza , still undecided on which was my favorite ♀️Get the garlic butter sauce too .50 extra ..delicious!! Pizza is less than a buck a slice ( square)Worth the drive !!

I’ve been going to Jax pizza for about five years now. I always say that it is one of the hidden gems in Richmond OH. It has been sold to new owners. However they kept everything the same as far as the pizza goes which is a good thing. They added a few more things to the menu. They now accept credit cards which is very convenient too. Living around Richmond and having a pizza place this close to home is wonderful.

Staff was great long wait time but it is Friday in a small town so that’s to be expected, I got a few slices and a large hoagie as I’m new to the area and never had jaks before, and while the hoagie is great the pizza was hardly cooked and the cheese wasn’t melted at all and they tossed on raw peperoni ontop of it
Will try again as it’s a busy Friday but I hope it’s better cooked next time
