Not the best burgers I’ve had but the customer service is great. The environment is very welcoming and a good place for families to gather for a quick dinner. My family enjoyed the burgers, especially the potato buns.

Wonderful little place. Visiting from the north side of Houston for baseball. My kiddo got chicken tenders and Cajun fries both must have been excellent cause he devoured it. Also cool perk they have free beer on Saturdays. Also the staff was super friendly and the place was super clean!

Went in to pick up some food, on 11/19/25, ordered ahead, got there around 6:15pm. Was there for about 20 minutes waiting, no big deal. I usually order this place on Uber, but decided to go in.
Looking around got me a little disturbed, now I’m no health and safety inspector but I am pretty sure you can’t have a log of beef sitting on the counter without it being chilled or something, it was there before I got there and was still there, untouched when I was leaving. On the other end, one person working the counter and 3 in the kitchen (2 without gloves). I question my dinner that evening, luckily it want beef, but still had me wondering.
Will not be going or ordering this place …. Who knows what other corners they cut.

Finally tried this restaurant and it was phenomenal! Burger was delicious and juicy, got both the cajun and garlic fries, both were great! (Although I will say if you plan to talk to anyone in the next 8 hours I’d suggest not getting the garlic fries because they are LOADED with garlic!) And service was nice and friendly! Definitely will be coming back!

Great burgers, diverse menu. I did have the sweet potato fries and they were perfect. My coworkers raved about the shakes So I tried one and it did not disappoint (pictured is the Oreo shake) they do have specials on Tuesday and Thursdays for the shakes. Another pro they have free beer if you dine in (limit 2).

First time finally trying this place after passing by during my commute twice a day every single day.
OMG what was i stalling for!! I had the Avocado Swiss Burger and Chili Cheese Fries.
I LOVE how they had the Avocado slices layered so neatly. I pay attention to details and that made me smile bcz it was so picture perfect. Most places toss random raggedy skinny pieces of Avocado on a burger that make you feel like it’s a waste of money paying extra for it. JAX was chef’s kiss.
My burger overall was juicy, not soggy or sloppy like most places “juicy” is. It was also so full of flavor and each item shined well alone and in harmony together.
I love a good chili cheese fries and JAX definitely did not miss. They had the perfect amount of chili and cheese that allowed me to taste both equally with every bite. While other places give tons of chili and only a dollop of cheese, JAX’s was very nicely balanced which made it easy to say I’ll be back very soon.
My only “critique” would be to clean in the crevices of the booth seating.
Other than that, I can’t wait to come back and try my next meal with a shake. I told my daughter about it and she looks forward to trying their veggie and turkey burgers.

Brought my daughter and she tried the Beyond Burger w/ Jalapeños, and Fried Pickles & Fries Mix.
She LOVED IT!! She says it’s hard to find a place that can make a good vegan burger. The only place she can think of that comes close is Barnaby’s.
I took a small taste of her burger “meat”, and I must say it was actually really really good and flavorful. I’m totally NOT the faux meat type, LMAO!!!
We both look forward to coming back!!

The burger meat didnt taste like it had any seasoning but I didn’t appreciate the seasoned Cajun fries. Also, all of the food was hot and served quickly so I will return.
