Double meat cheeseburger was massive. Good quality meat, but prepared poorly. The meat falls apart while youre eating the burger which is frustrating. There is NO special sauce, so nothing special about the burger, although seasoned fairly well with what i can only imagine was salt and pepper. The bun was soft, but not grilled on the inside making the bun slightly soggy inside. They charged me $1.05 for 6 jalapeno slices, and $3 for 2 slices of bacon. I asked for extra carmelized onions (which i got) but they were not carmelized very well, just grilled. Overall, decent burger, but not top notch… Overpriced meatloaf sandwich… Oh, i also got the “cheesecake” milkshake… I was expecting cheesevake bites, but there wasnt even a cheesecake flavor…

Ordered a bacon Cheeseburger fries and drink. Burger was absolutely DELICIOUS so good. Buns toasted a little on the grill. Hat off to the cook. You just don’t get that kinda cookin. Fries were hot n fresh. Place was nice and clean

It with a heavy heart I give this place two stars …I have been coming here for years and I do mean years (16 year old teen to present day 34 year old men) told many of people about this place …but now I am highly disappointed paid 45 dollars for two burgers and fries and one drink…kinda crazy but w/e …get my fries which are 4.07 which really mean 5$ and got 36 fries yes i counted cause that’s how short it was …I mean wht yall could do is have a combo deal for 5 dollars more but to have it where I buy everything separately and get the amount of fries I got is crazy …it’s potato’s I know they’re cheaper than meat ..I’m not saying be like 5 guys but dam show some type of love ,, that you actually care about people and the money that they spent …sorry just was looking forward to this meal …and yall took the chilli away ….no avocado…an then gave me this smallest portion of fries …HIPPO BURGER I guess I will give you guys a try Smdh

I ordered a burger for pick up and cashier handed me a box with my food with no utensils or bag. I was literally given the box and not even a thank you or have a nice day. Taste wise it was an average burger nothing flavor wise stood out. $18 for a burger with sweet potato fries. Personally would not come back since I can get a juicier more flavorful burger elsewhere.

Absolutely delicious. Highly recommended. I love their shroom burger, it is packed with flavor and very juicy. I’ve pretty much tried half of their menu and they never disappoint! If you love shakes, you will absolutely loooove theirs!

Solid, no-frills burger spot delivering good flavor and straightforward execution. The burgers meet expectation for a casual place focused on doing the basics well. Jalapeños were lighter than preferred, and the onion rings did not stand out. Side portions run standard rather than generous, making them better suited for individual orders than sharing. Great experience at JAX. I asked what was popular & the woman running the counter, who seemed to be the owner, recommended the Baja Burger.
It was delicious, I would highly recommend it. Perfectly cooked, and very filling. And the fries were so good. They were that texture that I feel like you rarely see anymore, which in my opinion are the best kind. I’m not even sure what it’s called but you can probably tell from the picture.
It did seem a tad expensive at first, coming at just under $17. But I believe you absolutely get your moneys worth. And the owner was so nice & truly cared about if you liked your meal or not, as evident by her asking some of the other patrons if they enjoyed what they got.
As I am an out-of-towner, I cannot frequent the establishment, but I really enjoyed it and am glad I stopped in.

The food was absolutely phenomenal, I had the grilled chicken burger and cajun chili cheese tots!! I was drooling the entire time. The price was reasonable and the staff was super helpful and friendly especially Lu. They also got my food out super quick! I will definitely be returning:)

Updated menu board inside, but not on any of the online sites. Their website needs an update.
Burgers were good 8oz fresh, a little dry and the double burger is not actually a double burger has 2 smaller patties, 10oz.
They changed the fries to the coated nasty greasy fries and no pepper seasoning. Very disappointed with the fries. Choice of cheese american or Swiss.
Not sure if I’ll be back due to the fries…
