Beyond delicious. The restaurant has all kinds of nostalgic decor which was amazing to see. This location is where my daughter tried her first bite of sushi and we all loved what we ordered! The miso soup was super tasty. My favorite sushi offered was the shrimp tempura. Would love to see some type of sweet potato tempura or a tofu roll offered one day. Delicious.

Our favorite place to celebrate special occasions with our kids. Outstanding sushi — the Salmon L. Jackson roll is a winner, even our pickiest child downed a piece and praised how delicious it was. The pulled pork buns were heavenly and the strawberry mochi is the perfect ending. Appetizers, mountains of sushi for 4 people, 5 cocktails and 7 mochis came out to $240 after tip, which is incredible considering the quality.

Food is of a good quality. The staff are friendly. The scallops were very good they had an excellent texture and a very fresh sweet taste that finished slightly creamy. The AFT roll was very good as well. I enjoyed speaking with one of the sushi chefs, she was very kind. Waitstaff was attentive but not over burdensome.

Travis is an incredible chef and whips up the greatest Sushi I’ve had. Let’s not deny that Fort Collins isn’t a hot spot for Seafood. Yes, we try our best but its mainly mediocre at best. Luckily that’s not the case at JAWS. The fish is always fresh, the price is great, and the creativity is staggering. The “chum bucket” is a great, imaginative idea for a dish and really hits the spot when it’s on the lunch special.

Just incredible. I grew up in South Florida and this is the tastiest sushi I’ve ever had. Travis made me an incredibly special dish. I cannot explain how flavorful and texturally savvy this sushi roll was. I could not believe how buttery the salmon sashimi was. Very below mid experience. The menu, lunch specials and pricing structure were confusing to me. So much so I ended up spending 23 dollars i had no intention of spending. The sushi rolls and Nigiri was lackluster at best. The chum bucket was tasty, but again not great.

Just popped into JAWS sushi for dinner before taking graduation pics on campus. Sat at the bar since it was just me. The service was quick and friendly. I first ordered some salmon and tuna nigiri and then a chef’s roll since I wanted a surprise. The roll and the salmon were good but the tuna was to DIE for! I was still a little hungry so I ordered a Buddha roll and enjoyed the crispy shrimp tempura in it. It seems to me that nigiri is what they do best! Will have to come back!

We’ve been coming to Jaws for years. They consistently serve the freshest fish in town at a super reasonable price. The service is on point. The salmon and yellowtail collar are THE best…melt in your mouth. Don’t skip it!

Very friendly employees who were very informative and knowledgeable about all of their dishes! The place as a whole had a very friendly atmosphere, and the setup was plenty enjoyable. If you arrive at 11am-3pm, they have a fantastic lunch special with an even more fantastic price for what you get! The menus also do a lovely job of explaining what’s in the sushi, which is great if you’re a bit unsure of what you want! Their miso soup was also a nice, tasty little addition for only a dollar. All in all, great atmosphere, great and friendly workers, and great food!

Today was our first visit here and without any expectations, this sushi Restaurant went above and beyond! The service was lively and attentive! The atmosphere was relaxing and comforting! The food/sushi was the absolute most phenomenal sushi I’ve had in years! I mean every bit of it is exactly what sushi is supposed to be! Such a euphoric feeling from having the pleasure of enjoying this place and I just got home from there. Lol. Please go enjoy some of their deliciousness!
