Dropped in after Pilates with some friends. What a cute coffee cafe. So much seating and even space to shop for products. We all got Strawberry Matcha’s and one person got the Earl Grey Palmer. For food, we got the fruit Danish, Avacodo bagel with smoked salmon and cucumber, Burrata Caprese & prosciutto Brie sandwhich. We all loved the food and the matcha was also made to perfection. The staff was so kind and made sure we had what we needed. I will certainly be back.

UPDATE: 01/10/2025 5th my danish was forgotten. I’m disabled and it’s hard for me to go back and forth to the counter. So I always ask politely. Not sure what the block is. Would be great if the servers paid attention vs being on there phones.

Just waited 30 mins for an avocado toast for them not to give me a Mediterranean one and not to add the egg. $55 dollars for this, another toast, and 2 lattes? Overrated. Don’t go. I guess that if the cashier doesn’t like you, then your order is wrong? She wasn’t even listening.

Update: Unfortunately there is way less matcha in the drinks now – tastes more like a cup of milk and takes 30+ minutes for any food item – even a bagel. But the vibe is still good!

Long overdue review to say I love the team, food, and vibe at Javista. Even though I could just make coffee at home, I like coming in because the whole staff does such a nice job of creating a friendly atmosphere, and it’s a nice place to run into other people from the neighborhood. It’s a very chill place to work, but somehow still social even with lots of folks on laptops.
