The food was excellent, well prepared, lots of it, and served hot. Service was respectable, but the place became very crowded at 9 AM ((all locals-a sign of a good place) and the staff had problems keeping up. The atmosphere was very mid-west, paneling, patriotism. It became quite loud as people increased.

Great eatery. The establishment is clean and seating is roomy. The service is great. Don’t expect to get your food within 5 minutes bit that is only because the place is usually quite busy. The food itself is delicious and wel prepared. Very reminiscent of the family diner that used to be on Hill Ave.

Top notch food it took an hour and 15 minutes to get our food but we were there on a Sunday at 11 am and they were packed. So essentially if you are violently hung over and need food then you are going to struggle to wait. But like it says in the Bible good things come to those who wait. I waited and got a chicken fried steak. The lord provides.

Ate breakfast here, it’s mostly food from the old Family Diner from before they sold it and man is it good. You can’t get everything from the old menu but the stuff that is there is excellent. Being in the VFW leaves a little to be desired sometimes but regardless I will go again and will recommend.
