We have heard so many good things about Javier’s but this was so disappointing. The salsa was more like Italian marinara sauce. The toasted quesadilla was microwaved at best. We spent a lot of money for everyone to not to be happy with dinner.

Food was doll, tasteless. The service was low key⭐️. The beef, was pain, no seasoning, ⭐️⭐️(all that they put into it). The green sauce, with pork, I had better store can bot sauce ⭐️⭐️. The flour shell was, sadly the best part⭐️⭐️⭐️. The rice was kinda like buttery rice, about the 2nd best part ⭐️⭐️⭐️ The soda, are over priced at $4⭐️. The Salsa was good ⭐️⭐️⭐️, no heat, not chunky.

The service was good and the food was delicious. We showed up about an hour before closing, so it wasn’t very busy. The waitress was nice and the environment was warm. I would definitely recommend this place for some good authentic Mexican food.

Out of all the Javier’s I’ve tried, this location always seems to have better food as well as amazing service. If you like spice, ask for their green salsa. It’s delicious and spicy.

The staff has been really friendly and nice. Quick service and the food has great flavor. The place might look a little rub down with the old hotel behind it. But it’s worth it.

I’m from Australia… Maybe it’s just really different to what I’m used to. Flavours were very subtle. The bean mix tasted good, but Enchiladas & Quesadilla were a bit… plain. All a bit samish. Probably enjoyed the (complimentary) nacho chips (dipped in the bean mix) more than the other dishes.

This is absolutely and possibly the “worst” food in Utah. I will not insult the Mexican Community by even calling it Mexican Food, unless this is a new brand of Mexi-Dog Food. One Taco w/ stale taco shell, and one tortilla with meat that was to be a burrito. Would not have served this to anyone. Pure Garbage, even if it looks like dog food, wouldn’t feed to the dog. This is the first time that I really wanted my money back. Cannot believe this place is even in business.

My main course is yummy and tasty shredded beef was good. Would have enjoyed my sopapillas with regular honey versus a custard based sauce

Normally our go to for Mexican. I was so mad when I ordered nachos and then had to pay $2 for a tiny bowl of salsa.I would have needed at least 3bowls. I eat salsa like soup. Shouldn’t salsa come with nachos? Not our go to anymore.

We love this place, well used to. We went last night and we’re shocked that our two dinners with 2 waters was $40. I got a Chile verde smothered burrito he got fajitas, they’ve really gone down on quantity and quality. He got 3 corn tortillas and stuffed each one and still had filling for at least 2/3 more and by filling i mean onions and a bit of chicken. It was just disappointing going in this week as one of our favorite dinner places close to home and being let down the way we were. Lastly, we pick Javier’s for their chips and salsa. A sign posted on the window of our booth said you get one basket of chips and any additional was like $1.99. I totally get the economy has changed and we wouldn’t have minded paying the extra. It was cheaper and better the last time we went.
