The salsa was the best I’ve had in my life—fresh, perfectly balanced, and unforgettable. The guacamole was equally amazing, made fresh and full of flavor. Every bite felt authentic and high quality.
The enchiladas were incredible, easily one of the best I’ve ever eaten. Perfectly cooked, rich in flavor, and beautifully presented. You can really tell that care and tradition go into every dish.
The atmosphere is warm and upscale, fitting perfectly with the Aria Hotel vibe, and the service was attentive and professional without being rushed.
Overall, Javier’s is a must-visit if you’re in Las Vegas. Exceptional food, unforgettable flavors, and a top-tier dining experience. I will absolutely be coming back and highly recommend it to anyone who loves great Mexican cuisine!
I had the birria and the portion is massive. It is flavorful and will leave you stuffed. Highly recommend it.
The atmosphere here is incredible—dark, moody, and high-energy. The decor, especially the massive wood carvings and the “rope” wall, really sets the tone for an upscale Vegas night. Even with the F1 crowds, the service was impeccable; I never felt rushed, and the staff handled the busy floor with total professionalism.
I started with the chips and salsa (which are dangerously addictive) and the Jalapeño Margarita, which had the perfect amount of heat. For my main, I ordered the Cabo Azul—a combination of a Maine lobster enchilada, a grilled chile relleno, and a steak taco. It was outstanding, particularly the lobster enchilada which was rich and flavorful.
If you are looking for a spot that delivers on vibe, food, and service—especially during a high-stakes weekend like the Grand Prix—this is it. Definitely make a reservation in advance, but it is absolutely worth it.
Quite loud but decor and ambience was good. Smoke from the casino floors comes in.
Unfortunately, they were extremely underwhelming. You get three tacos per plate, and the presentation was as basic as it gets: chicken, a ton of lettuce to fill space, and a light sprinkle of cheese. That’s it. I wouldn’t have minded the simplicity if the flavor delivered, but the chicken was painfully dry. So dry, in fact, that I had to order extra salsa from our chips and salsa just to make them edible—and ended up drenching the tacos.
At $36, I expected some kind of flavor or balance. Instead, this was easily the worst basic hard taco order I’ve ever had. Major letdown
