I refuse to believe this is actually a Dominican restaurant. We ordered 3 res (beef) chimis and that is not what we received. Chimis are made with a beef patty, thinly cut cabbage, tomato, and pink sauce. What we got had a bunch of cooked onions(what?!?), raw onions(WHY) and sweet ground beef(whyyyy was it sweet?!?) I don’t know if I was more disappointed or confused. Everything about this was a NO. If you don’t know how to properly make something you should not be offering it at your restaurant, much less selling it as what it’s not. Can’t even give any extra stars for flavor, because it wasn’t there. Save your money.

The seasoning is decent I was a regular customer from this place however, i waited too long for an order. I waited for more than an hour and a half for one order. I called to ask if the food was on its way and they said they were going to send it at that moment. When the food arrived I received the wrong order. I called to let them know and there was no answer. After 7 phone calls and being immediately sent to the voicemail I was able to speak with the person that took my order. I explained that I got the wrong order in a very polite way and he dismissed me saying that I had order what I received. I explain to him that after I order I had talked to him to confirm my order and describe what I ordered and he confirm my order back to me and that it was about to be sent to my address, this was 1 hour and a half after I made the order. I received no apology for the mistake they made and no solution was offered for the negative experience I had. The food arrived cold too. The men was very rude and did not cared I won’t be ordering from this place again it’s unfortunate but they have no idea what customer service is. Unless you are trying to have a negative experience don’t order from here.

I stopped by to order a chimi and was informed of a 15-20 minute wait. When I returned for pickup, I was offered a pork one instead for quicker service, which I couldn’t accept since I do not eat pork. However, upon receiving my order, I found the chimi wasn’t what I expected. The chicken was seasoned with a teriyaki flavor, and the cabbage was excessively thick and drenched in sauce, making the sandwich soggy and difficult to eat due to both flavor and texture issues. This experience has deterred me from returning, as I’m uncertain about the quality of their other menu items.

Best Dominican chimichurris. Regarding atmosphere, I don’t know cause it’s a food truck but they took the food to my car which was awesome
