The crepes are always excellent, no matter which one I have gotten. We recently went for my birthday and got the Dubai chocolate brownies – those are amazing! One of my favorite places to eat up for sure

My husband and I had the opportunity to visit this new coffee shop on Saturday. We met the owner Mark and he was lovely and friendly. The staff were very kind and pleasant. The food was and coffee were great. My husband wanted to get out and have a great breakfast sandwich and Javaman didn’t disappoint.
On Sunday morning we went back with the kiddos and they had breakfast tacos and a crepe. They both loved the food. Needless to say we will be visiting again.

Visited at their new location in Atascocita, Texas. Mark and Melanie have come a long way since they opened and have never strayed away from their commitment to serve the best fresh ground coffee from around the world. They use the “French Press” style of preparation which is by far the best way to extract full flavored coffee. Melanie is a superb pastry chef and you must try any of her great pastries and muffins. Javaman is a must and blows the other chain coffee houses out of the water.

I love the new location. It’s very spacious. However, I feel that a coffee shop should feel “homely.” This new location, in my opinion, has WAY TOO many small tables. When it is empty, it feels crammed. I can only imagine if every table is used at the same time, it would be hard walking around freely. Also, the large table in the middle is awesome! But it has no electric sockets for people to plug their laptops, etc. . . Perhaps removing g sone of the small tables amd introducing a couch or two, perhaps a coffee table in front t of the couches, a bookshelf with reading material next to the couches. Some area rugs. . .
I can see some people who want to go to a coffee shop to do some work, study, gaming, etc… I can see them skipping on Java for the simple reason of no electrical sockets on the large table and the small tables are only big enough for a laptop, leaving no room for a cup of coffee and/or much less the good food provided. This place has a lot of potential. I hope some changes to the layout are done to make the experience less generic and more like our lovely neighborhood coffee shop.
The coffee is great. The staff is awesome, the food is very good too. It’s just the layout that has no personality.

Love this place. Our favorite breakfast in Houston. We have the Skye crepes and the Nutella crepes. To die for! And the coffee is freshly roasted and delicious. The warm and friendly staff always greet me by my name. The new location is super; it is trendy yet has the charm of the old location.

The coffee is delicious and affordable, and there is a nice selection to choose from. I had the pleasure of chatting with Mark, the owner, and Hannah, his long-time manager. They are delightful. There are great breakfast and lunch options that make this business a place to go to anytime of the day. I highly recommend it!

This place moved closer to my neighborhood so we tried it out and it was great! Friendly staff, good food, and great coffee! Definitely recommend the Turtle latte! The crepes are my favorite but today I tried something else and it didn’t disappoint!
