I absolutely love the real fruit smoothies. They’re very good. The downside is the attitude of quite a few of the employee’s there. Especially if you question the pricing of items. By that I mean “why was the drink 5.75 two days ago and today its 6.50 and last week it was 6.25? It would also be nice if it wasn’t a 10min minute wait per customer for one drink and longer for more.

I got a decaf mocha frappe from here and loved it! I’m currently pregnant and have a hard time finding a place that I can get coffee that doesn’t make me feel jittery and this place hit the spot. Tasted amazing and service was super friendly and fast. Will definitely be back every time we’re in st Helen’s. Price was great too.

Oh my, this is so much more than a coffee shop! Today our office had some awesome specialty coffee drinks of course but we also tried an Italian Soda, a smoothie, a muffin and a sausage, egg and cheese bagel. Everything was great! I absolutely loved my smoothie and will be adding them as a regular stop.

The BEST coffee!! Perfect blend: not too sweet or too bitter, delicious! They have huge sizes too! It lasts me a long time for my shift. The folks that work here are also nice and friendly. Best in town.

Great coffee spot! I think the drinks from here taste better than any of the other places around. I love that they offer breakfast sandwiches. I had a sausage egg and cheese bagel, and it was delicious. Great location and friendly staff.

Long waits mean better coffee! If you love caramel, the Sugar Daddy is for you. Their breakfast sandwiches aren’t anything to write home about but good if you’re hungry!

Service was very slow with only one car in front of me. Allow yourself extra time if you go here.
I ordered their special, a red bull smoothie. It was okay. It had a hair in it and I told them, “I hate to be this person, but there’s a hair in my drink”, she said “okay, we’ll remake it”. I watched her make it the first time and the second time after I handed it back, she walked where I couldn’t see her and quickly brought it back. For how slow it was the first time, I was suspicious of her not remaking it. I drank it anyways and I got to the end and found another hair.
I think I’ll stick to Fresh Start Coffee.

Customer service is the worse. There were no cars in line, had me wait over 5 minutes before they opened the window just to say they are closed.
