Located in historic downtown Sheridan, Java Moon is more than just a place to grab a cup of coffee or a quick bite to eat. We’re a vital part of the Sheridan community– a gathering place where people come to connect and have real conversations.
In a world that can often feel disconnected, our friendly baristas make a point of getting to know our customers by name and by their favorite drink. Our baked goods are made from scratch with love, and our menu is carefully crafted to include only the freshest, most delicious ingredients.
At Java Moon, we believe that community is everything, and we’re proud to be a place where locals and visitors alike can come together to share in the joys of good food and great company.
Panini, soups & salads served in a relaxed, lofty setting with an espresso bar & patio tables.

service was a bit slow but nice, we got some awesome chai lattes and a random guy started playing piano so we enjoy some nice music, yummy drinks and the lovely company of my lovely pudgy!
Pretty big cafe for a couple or a big group of people!

They deliver I LOVE this place!!
I used to live in Sheridan and ate MANY of their delicious treats!!
I now live in South Carolina. It is my brother and niece’s bday in February. One of my friends reminded me that they have lemon and chocolate moon pies
She suggested I DoorDash….i went to Javas site and guess what…..they deliver!!
I jumped all over that option!! I left them a message about the bdays and ask them to do something fun to decorate! If you love these guys you know they wouldn’t be able to do it to the cakes with hours of notice….so they donated the boxes
Thank you SO much!
This was an extraordinary experience ✨

The coffee was exceptional, and the food was absolutely delicious! Every staff member we encountered was warm and welcoming, creating such a pleasant atmosphere. The decor added a lovely touch to the overall experience. We stopped by while passing through on a road trip, and it turned out to be one of the best decisions we made. If we’re ever in the area again, we’ll definitely return to this wonderful place!

A great place to get something to eat, and something to drink with it. A great selection of coffee, tea, cocoa, and other items. The service is fantastic, the atmosphere is top notch, and the food and drink is equal to the atmosphere and service.

This coffee shop was a huge help to me while traveling and needing to take a work meeting! Lots of seats, good wifi, even some plug-ins at some tables. Many food choices and coffee was standard.
So glad to have had this place to stop at!

Loads of space in this cozy shop. Food was great! Service was frustrating. We tried to order numerous sweets out of the glass case but were told they were all sold out (all of which had at least 3 of each in the case). We were able to order the Cappuccino and the Peach Berry Java Spritzer, loved them both, the spritzer was my favorite. We also order 2 sandwiches: the Phil & Beef and the Harley Hog, both on the ciabbatta bread and toasted. They were both great! On our way out, we noticed the glass case was still full with the sweet treats we tried to order, same amount that was there when we tried to order….. not cool.

I really enjoy the food and drinks here, and the staff have always been lovely. However, when ordering online ahead of time, I have routinely had my orders completed incorrectly.
Completely wrong drink/ paying for additions that don’t get added, ect. I’m too socially anxious to tell the staff that my order is wrong, so that’s on me, but I do wish things were more consistent.
It’s probably best to just avoid ordering online here, which is a shame because I prefer the convince of doing so.

Cute local coffee shop with great coffee! We ordered lattes and they were awesome! My hubby ordered a cinnamon roll which was loaded with sweet icing. Too sweet for me, as are most of their pastries. Lots of seating. We will be back for coffee and potentially to try quiche or something not so sweet. I would also like to try lunch.

Amazing local coffee shop. They have a large selection of baked goods, sandwiches, salads and breakfast goods. all the usual drinks as well as creative seasonal selections. They had a great tea selection but I was drawn to a seasonal drink the day I was there along with a taragon chicken salad and a Name sake Java Moon Pie. They have indoor seating a small covered patio in the front as well as a larger secret patio in the back. All in all a great place to check out of youre in town for the Deade Swede or the Big Horn Trail races!

In town for the Rodeo and our new friend Helen, Rodeo ticket director told us about this place. Said her good friend Megan owned it and the food and coffee are fabulous.
Listen, my wife and I split a breakfast sandwich and the cook, Wen had me at the first bite! My wife and I also were recommended by Helen to try their homemade cinnamon roles. It was huge and tasty!!!! To top it all off the coffee selection and taste raddled mouths. Wow! Thank Helen for recommending this place and Megan thanks for spending a little time with us during our visit.
Your team, food and beverages will keep many future customers coming back!
This place was hopping today!
