I have been to their locations on several occasions, driving several miles to arrive and finding out that they have the doors locked and will “be back” in a few minutes. At least 6 times they are closed this way during normal operating schedule. It has been a real inconvenience

I honestly love this place, I come very very often and usually have no problem which is why I’m still rating pretty highly. It’s a little pricy but everything is usually delicious. I get the smoothie bowls often so I know how they come. But this recent visit I got a smoothie bowl and there’s basically no base? I didn’t want a fruit bowl. Not sure if it’s a lack of training or what, the employee was very nice but just disappointed in what is supposed to be a smoothie bowl.

Employee “Nessa” is not very friendly. The other staff is wonderful and always make my day when I come in. The food is always great and the service is as well. “Nessa” is not the example I think you guys are looking to set. She is not friendly, very demanding, and ride. Very disappointed with my service today. Will be coming back, I just hope it’s one of the other girls.

The staff was friendly, helpful, and gave us some good recommendations.
I ended up getting the blue rain which was really good.
They have a variety of smoothie choices some items that are more fruit centric and some with nut butters and protein powder.
It was very clean inside and they also have some cool hammocks for seating.
I will say that it was pretty cold inside (they have a large glass front that I’m sure makes it colder) all the staff was wearing coats/jackets too so it wasn’t just me lol.
Otherwise a cool spot that I would recommend stopping by and trying

We visited this place in December when it first opened and loved it. We were excited to visit again today, and were left disappointed. Ordered two smoothies that were OK. Also ordered avocado toast that was covered in so much tajin that it was inedible. (Tajin wasn’t listed as an ingredient on the menu, or we would have asked to have it left off). Also ordered a crepe that was more like a tortilla. It was very dry and crunchy. I don’t mind paying a little more for a meal that is good quality, but was disappointed to pay $50 for a meal that was subpar. We won’t be visiting again.
