The bright door was the first warm welcome, which was quickly overshadowed by the barista who greeted us with the most contagious kindness. We had two delicious drinks, gluten free bakery goods, and sat playing cards in the back room. It was an incredibly positive experience. Come for the coffee, stay for the vibes.

Food is fine, but DO NOT order their milk tea. They first got my order wrong, then they put a symbiote into my drink and made it pretty impossible to drink it. The milk tea itself is awful and an insult to the culture.

The Java house is something straight out of a book! Everything from cozy chairs, friendly staff, amazing in-house breakfast options, and overall welcoming and cozy atmosphere! I was see visiting cedarburg and I ended up going to the Java house twice because I couldn’t get enough of this cuddly charm that the Java House emanates for everyone! I especially enjoyed having a comfy chair, Tracy everything bagel, and just having the time to read with a tasty tea drink too. Can’t wait to visit again!

I love this spot. Love the coffee and staff there. The only bummer is I would take my dog out for a walk and this would be a great spot to get a coffee. But they only allow service dogs now. I do understand why. But now on my walks I can’t stop in with my dog. The staff really loved Sammy too. Love the atmosphere too.

Charming coffee spot in a prime location. Extensive menu with seasonal treats! Staff was so cheerful and friendly! Drinks and bakery were yummy. Kid friendly, there’s a room in the back with games and toys.

When we lived in the area Java House was our go-to coffee place, so when I was passing through recently I had to stop. Some creative new things on the menu like Cardamom Rose lattes and Butterfly Pea Flower Lemonade, but old classics too. Still as charming as ever.

The Caramel Latte I had with the Caramel Sauce was very good. Not knowing which coffee shop to choose from in Cedarburg, I chose Java House, and I was pleasantly surprised. Good espresso flavor and not too weak like many coffee shops.
