Java Crew has been a favorite of mine for years. They have delicious drinks, an easy rewards system, and their staff are all very friendly (but not in an overwhelming way).
Also, for the holiday they are doing a drink that has E.Z. orchards apple cider with chai, and I could live off that drink. I wish it was going to be a permanent drink option, but I’ll just enjoy it while I can!

The employees were super sweet! I don’t go out for coffee too often so I’m always awkward when I do. The baristas were very helpful with redeeming the buy one get one deal I got in a text message and had no problem merging a fee of my Java crew cards so I just had one. I definitely recommend stopping by for some good, not burnt, coffee!!

2025 update: customer service great, still not please with the drink I got, something is often, doesn’t taste right, more of a powder taste. I couldn’t even taste the coffee. Had a 24oz Bigfoot blended.

Been a customer for years, use to be real good. I went a week ago and my blended snickers didn’t taste right. I’ve had it numerous times and this was just awful. Really disappointed. I didn’t realize it until I had left headed to work and didn’t have time too turn back.

***Update*** after being a customer since they opened I’ve stopped being a regular customer. After the recent price increase and cutting a 24oz to a 20oz and charging more it isn’t worth my time and money. They’ll always be the best coffee in town, however I don’t care to pay more for less now.

Couldn’t have had a better experience. I was the only one in line to my knowledge, so traffic wasn’t horrendous. I ordered a 12 oz crew brew caramel hot with a shot of espresso. Not Piping hot and it didn’t seem as though it was loaded w. sugar. Thank you for your service kindly.

I used to frequent the Java Crew in West Salem and loved it but now I live in Keizer so this is my go to. Coffee has been pretty good but this last time I ordered a muffin and it was moldy inside…yuck. I don’t think I’ll be going back again.

This is without a doubt the worst location. I just ordered a large white mocha and it didn’t even take them 30 seconds before they were handing me my coffee. At first I thought they were just on top of it but I was very wrong. My coffee was just warm enough to drink but by no means hot on top of it not even tasting like a white mocha.

Java Crew is a great place to grab a cuppa while heading to work or play. The baristas are always friendly and offer suggestions when asked. Tuesdays are a great day to come since every drink of every size is just $3! Fair warning though, there can be a line of cars during peak times in the morning, so be prepared to wait a bit if you’re a morning commuter. But hey, that’s just more proof that the coffee is great, right? Precisely.
