I’ve been here multiple times, and the vegetarian food is consistently excellent. The veg thali is especially good. It’s priced at $9.99 and is definitely worth it.
I tried the non-veg thali twice, but unfortunately the chicken was half-cooked both times, so I didn’t enjoy it much. The non-veg thali costs $10.99, but based on my experience, I’d strongly recommend this place mainly for vegetarian food.
For an extra $2, they also offer an unlimited thali option, which is a great deal. The staff is very friendly and the front desk girl is especially polite and helpful. Overall, the service is great.

Update: Carried out. Knocking off one star for way too spicy, overpriced food (goat fry bucket biryani). The guntur chicken we liked earlier had a sweetish flavor. Earlier: We dined in. Everything was freshly prepared so it takes time. It was too spicy for my liking. Service is very friendly and smiling. Restaurant is fast casual – quite neat. Naan was not available which they informed us halfway thru our meal, so we took the gravy to go and finished with guntur chicken and street style paneer fried rice.

I have visited couple of times and tried different food items in the vegetarian menu and my friends tried in non-veg options. The food is good as taste wise. But using excessive Masala’s and the cooking Oil in the dishes makes me bit worried about the customers health. Staff is good and atmosphere is nice.

Had a wonderful experience at Jathara Restaurant. The food was absolutely delicious, and the Haleem was especially outstanding — rich in flavor and perfectly cooked. The ambience is very pleasant and creates a great dining atmosphere. Overall, every dish we tried was very tasty. Highly recommend this place for anyone who enjoys flavorful food and a comfortable dining experience

I recently had a meal at this restaurant, where every dish truly impressed. The appetizers were the best, we tried Ravulapalem Kodi Vepudu, Mirapa Vepudu, Karvepaku Vepudu, Jalapeño Chicken, and Golkonda Chicken. The Veg Kerma Masala and Mogalai Chicken were equally good, while the Vijayawada Spel Paneer Biryani and Nellore Mamsam Pulav showcased rich regional flavors. Plus, they serve Lunch Box—available from 12 to 3 PM at very reasonable prices (Veg – 6.99, Non-Veg – 7.94) was a perfect, satisfying option. Highly recommended!

Food : Started off with their complimentary Irani chai n Maska bun (soft n yummlicious)
We were recommended their Jalapeño Chicken appetizer n also we chose to try Baby corn appetizer. Both were great to taste.
We got to try their Haleem. And it was my first time trying Haleem and liked it!!
We got home some Tandoori Chicken.
We also got to try the Rumaali roti which is not a regular item to find on the menu for many restaurants around.
Overall the food was good n definitely would come to try their other items in the menu.

Service: The people were cordial and could tell that they were trying to make every effort to create a good experience for their customers. As it was opening day, we could sense the hush hush but hoping they soon find the balance.

We’ve enjoyed the biryanis here on their Tuesday’s 3biryani’s and 3 appetizer offer ordered the Vijayawada chicken biryani and veg biryani and mutton ghee roast —flavorful and perfectly cooked. This time we tried the street side Manchurian noodles, baby corn appetizer, and Rumali roti. Everything was delicious! Great taste and consistency across the menu.

We usually visit this restaurant for their street-style noodles and have always enjoyed them. This time, we ordered “Manchurian street-style noodles,” assuming it would be similar to the regular street-style version. However, we weren’t aware that it comes mixed with Manchurian sauce, which made it quite different from what we expected.
When we mentioned this, the person who took our order responded rudely and said we should have asked more specifically. While we understand misunderstandings can happen, a more polite and helpful response would have been appreciated.
