We totally enjoy the salad bar and sandwiches at Jason’s because we are never disappointed in the quality of the food they serve. The deli has plenty of parking and the dining is very large, do not remember a time we had to wait to find an open table. Love the fact they even have dessert, especially when they mix the soft ice cream correctly. The only thing we had a problem with today is some confusing over the menu, especially the “Manager’s Special” but we will survive. The staff members are particularly friendly and welcoming and special thanks to one of the managers we met today named Jenny. Thank you for your patience and understanding and clearing up our issue with the menu.

Amy was amazing. Everyone was very nice, but she made our experience thoroughly enjoyable. Our grilled cheese came out cooked incorrectly. When I brought it up to her she immediately saw the issue, grabbed the plate, and made it right. I also saw her sweet and patient nature with a young man who works here as well and has disabilities. She had 6 star customer service and if she isn’t a manager, she should be.

We finally stopped into Jason’s Deli (we live near one in Austin) while visiting family in Vegas, and the whole experience was such a pleasant surprise! There was a decent amount of free parking in the parking lot. The location itself is big, open, and offers plenty of seating, plus all the tables were clean when we arrived!
We were greeted right away, and the woman who helped us was incredibly friendly and patient while we decided what to order. She walked us through the menu and made the whole process super easy.
For food, we tried a few things:
Spicy Sicilian Sub — delicious and actually quite spicy in the best way. Might have added a little extra giardiniera. Be careful!
Reuben the Great — our favorite of the meal, loaded with 1/2lb of meat and giving all the classic Reuben comfort vibes.
Build Your Own Sandwich — surprisingly generous on the meat and really tasty.
We added a “side salad” to one of the sandwiches and didn’t realize that meant full access to the salad bar—definitely a fun surprise and great value! The salad bar was well-stocked, clean with plenty of fresh toppings, and they even had a chocolate mousse dessert there that was creamy, lightly sweet, and genuinely delicious!
And the bonus that sealed the deal? Your meal includes FREE ice cream at the end, which was the perfect finish!
Great food, friendly service, tons of seating, and overall just a solid experience. We’ll absolutely be back next time we’re in town and will have to try the location in Austin!

Not Your Daughter’s Closet
First time here and it was fantastic! The sandwiches we had were delicious. And they have FREE soft serve ice cream. The salad bar was opened and it had a great variety of toppings as well as different types of lettuce. Will definitely go back.

The atmosphere had a positive energy mainly due to Jennifer and Amy. Jennifer took my order and it was accurate. Not only that, but she made us feel welcomed. She is very pleasant to talk to. We decided to have Jason’s delivered for dinner. We received a deconstructed sandwich that had the wrong meat for 1 order and another sandwich that was almost all fat on another order. We also received 2 soups that were cold but otherwise tasty (hence the 2 stars). When I called to let the manager know about the sandwiches, she acted like her staff did nothing wrong. All I asked was that her staff pay closer attention to what they were serving so they wouldn’t get more compliants. I didn’t expect nor need the attitude she gave.

I called last night to place an order and Alex took my order. I’m here ALOT and I had never met Alex. Over the phone his customer service was outstanding! I went into the store today and met Alex! Customer service in person was just as great! Gina also provided a great experience and Enrique is always a pleasure !!! The dessert is soooo good, the soups, sandwiches and the salad bar is BOMB! Prices are GREAT! A must try as you won’t be disappointed!!! A TAYLORMADE EXPERIENCE!!!

OMG! !! I have had my fair share of brisket and this the cowboy sandwich is the best the most tender melt in your mouth brisket that I ever had in my entire life this is absolutely one sandwich that you have to order if you love brisket honestly 100% the best that I’ve ever had thank you! really enjoyed the sandwich!!

This place is huge, felt like a upscale cafeteria but not in a bad way.
Service was quick and friendly. Just order at the counter then it gets brought out to your table when ready. I got the chicken pot pie and it was really good so I’ll definitely be back so for some chili and probably a baked potato.
Also as a nice bonus there’s free soft serve ice cream available after your meal, really hard to beat free ice cream on top of great value and tasty food.
