Jason’s Deli is a very good option, especially if you’re in a rush and need something quick. It’s a much better choice than places like McDonald’s or Whataburger when it comes to healthier options. The food is fresh, the menu has good variety, and the service is very good and efficient. It’s a reliable spot when you want to eat fast without feeling like you’re sacrificing quality. I recommend it a lot and would definitely go back.

I had dinner here last night and it was an amazing experience. I have been a customer at Jason’s Deli since 1997. I also was a GM of several of their locations in the Houston area for 5 years.
I would like to recognize the evening supervisor David. He is outstanding. He went out to each table that had guests eating to see how they were doing. That meant a lot to me. I was that manager and so much of that is lost today. I was in El Paso for a doctor’s appointment and it was right next to Jason’s Deli on Remcon that I vowed to never go there again due to an awful experience with food and management. I was hungry for Jason’s and drove from the west side to the gateway location to have dinner. I am glad I did and happy to meet David. He is an asset to your company and I look forward to going back there again.
Although, it seems prices are outrageous for a deli but I understand they have to pay for all that advertising paperwork. I never understood that, word of mouth is all they need. The atmosphere is great, food is great and most of the time, the staff is great too.

My husband was getting an eye exam next door so my daughter and I decided to check this place out. They always deliver to my work but I had never actually gone to the restaurant. It was phenomenal!! It’s so nice, super clean and the service was outstanding!! They offered my daughter crayons and a coloring page while we waited for our food. Anytime they go to my work, the drivers are just the best!! Great Job to the manager Miguel and his team, you all are truly awesome. 🙂

This was my first time here and the service was sublime! Smiling faces willing to serve. I inquired about a polar bear plushie offer they had, and one of the young ladies drew a polar bear on my bag. It’s such a small touch but it really floored me. I’m sorry I did not catch your name but good on you. Jason’s Deli management y’all need to take care of associates like that.

This place is always a good standby. Whenever we can’t think of a place to go eat we always head to Jason’s deli and they always deliver. I love their tuna on a croissant sandwich and their broccoli soup. My husband and my son always get their all you can eat salad bar and my daughter likes their potato with barbecue meat on it. They are always cleaning up and it is very neat and you have to use gloves to serve yourself in their salad bar. I recommend very highly.

I often order a dozen cookies togo from the Tiffs Treats Cookies here and Normally they are Great, this time they were Very Under Cooked and Gummy. What a Huge Disappointment! And waste of money.

Got a ham sandwich on white bread and pastrami on toast with salad. The salad bar is well stocked and the sandwiches were both delicious. It’s a nice restaurant. I noticed two or three groups of young folks hanging out as well as one or two older folks.

I had a buy-one-get-one-free coupon that was supposed to be used at a different location, but the manager overheard the conversation and went ahead and let me use the coupon. That was very generous of him and was much appreciated.

The staff was friendly and the whole restaurant seemed very clean and well cared for.

Wow, not what I expected at all. Huge menu and all of the items had fresh ingredients. Even the fruit was so good. Large seating areas and the the service was very streamlined and fast.

Food was great but they did over charge us for the salad bar. They billed it as a separate item instead of the cheaper price that comes with the sandwich, so that was frustrating.
