A new family favorite. Huge fan of salad bar and my personal favorite is the Chicken Salad sandwich; definite must try. My 9 and 13 order old love it. Clean, fast and polite staff make every visit pleasant. Highly recommend and sevral.locations around town been to 2 and they were both excellent.

This is the absolute worst Jason’s deli I have ever visited. What a joke! If I could give -5 stars, I would. The portion sizes have decreased while the prices have increased. I ordered a Beefeater and it was the smallest beefeater that I have ever seen. Pictures are attached. I went to the person at the end who was standing there (heavyset guy, black hair, black glasses with a hat placed backwards) and asked why it was so small and he told me that I had half a beefeater and not the whole sandwich. No kidding, I know what I ordered. Why was the half beefeater so small? He said it is portioned that way. I was not happy. Then I went back because there was no mayo on it and asked to speak to the manager. I had the awful pleasure of talking to Alex, who said, “that white stuff is mayo.” There was no mayo on the beefeater and what he was pointing to was where the bread was soft from the hot roast beef touching it. I was so insulted that he was so uncaring that I told him I wanted my money back. He first laughed at me and then he told me, “you already ate half of it”. Oh I’m sorry Alex, I took 2 bites but I can see how you would think I ate almost all of it because of the small size of the sandwich. I could not believe it, I still can’t. I told him he was going to get my money back or I was going to call one of the owners in Beaumont, Tx. Now I know that this is a franchise and the reason I know this is because I worked as a GM for Jason’s Deli for 5 years 23 to 28 years ago until I moved into the hospitality field. I know how a beefeater is prepared and made many of them in the past. My partner had a 1/4 muffaletta special and it was just as awful. Pictures below as well.
I wanted my money back and was given money back for the sandwich and the one trip salad bar that I ordered. I did not want money back for something that I was going to eat. But Alex refunded it anyway, Weird. Then to top it all off, a girl with glasses comes to the table to ask how are things. I told her what happened and showed her an advertised picture of the beefeater and what I received and she had the nerve to use the Covid Card and blamed it on Covid. Poor management all the way around. Associates that don’t care and you could tell with only 4 tables eating in the whole place. This is what you get when you allow 20 something year old associates to run the place without experience. Alex needs to develop customer service skills and be compassionate as well as empathetic and humble. I will not ever go and willingly give my money to this sad excuse of a food establishment. If you want bad food, bad service and talk to people who do not care about you, this is your place.

Ordered a salad here with honey mustard, and the salad itself was great! Bright greens and ripe tomatoes! But the honey mustard… that made me gag. It tastes sooo sour, like almost gone bad type of sour. I know what honey mustard tastes like and that was so off base. Do not recommend.

I’ve only tried the sandwiches here and they’re delicious! I got the chicken Panini which has basil pesto sauce with spinach and provolone! My boyfriend got the pastrami sandwich which was really good! The best part is you get free soft serve ice cream after your meal! I’ve been here a couple times before and they have great customer service. My parents love coming for their salads.

Very clean. Nice atmosphere. Presentation is very professional and prideful. Loved the look and taste of my sandwich, the ham was very on point. Very glad that I came here and would definitely come back. Cleanest and healthiest meal I have had in a while.

Hands down the best Jason’s Deli in the entire world! I sailed all the way from Sweden, swam the last 500 meters (because why not?) and stumbled in here completely starving. The lady at the counter with the glasses treated me like royalty and the food? Absolute perfection. Worth every ocean wave and jellyfish encounter.

Fast service, good food. Get the strawberry shortcake!! So delicious!!
My only issue was that the water pressure in the bathroom was kind of wimpy and the bathroom did have a sewage like smell (I assume it isn’t there all of the time). So overall, I do recommend the restaurant and would go back.

I have been going to Jason’s Deli for years but I think I am done. $32.49 for two managers specials after my military discount. Ridiculous! My half sandwich may have had 1 tablespoon of chicken salad and the croissant was stale and crunchy. Asked how we enter the free ticket to the SEC championship and cashier promised to check and let us know. Never happened. Over $30 for two half sandwiches and a couple of fountain drinks. Unacceptable.

The last 2 times i’ve ordered food from here they either completely forgot an item I ordered and paid for or they get the item completely wrong. I don’t know what’s going on lately cause I’ve never had problems before with this location but now it seems to be problem after problem with them. Will NOT be returning to this location again.
